Yesterday I had visited the Westbranch store due to having my battery light come on. A kind gentleman named Mick had came out side to test my charging system and it turned out to be my battery. We went back in the store and discussed my options about a new battery. After I had purchased the new battery he had offered to install it as well since I had no clue. So he installed my new battery for me and showed me what he did step by step so I know what to do in the future. I highly recommend stopping here for how nice and kind the staff was with helping me out.

Josh went out of his way to help us with our check engine light problem on our way up 75. He was a lifesaver Josh helped install a sensor in the freezing temps and darkness he is a fantastic employee. Would definitely recommend this location

Went in due to a check engine light. They had pulled the code up on their computer and explained to me what was going on and what part was bad. They found my part that I needed and briefly explained to me where at on the engine it is located so I could get it replaced as soon as possible.

Went to auto zone today in West Branch, MI...I asked the guy working, and he was NOT wearing a mask, but I asked a specific question about "Paint Pens"...and he led me to the paint isle with no specifics and no idea how to help me.He NEVER offered. He didnt even know what was in that isle at all, then he walked away...I have spent a lot of money here over the years. Service has not been the best lately!

They were very helpful. They tested my alternator and other battery charging items. They also checked my battery. all was good. I stopped by a place previously and they wanted me to buy an alternator battery and some other stuff. I'm very glad I told them No and went here. They saved me a bunch of money. Nice to know that this is an honest place of business. if you need something automotive go here They will treat you right.
