Walmart should seriously close the auto center and put the public out of its misery. The personnel in EVERY auto center that I have visited are not knowledgeable what so ever. They tap away on the register for about 10 mins, and then ask stupid questions like "what's your vin number?" Then they tell ya that your lugs on your wheels are too tight. I've never heard of such a thing. I went to Stephens Tire, was in and out in 15 mins. Shame on you Walmart.

They have the general auto stuff like oil, antifreeze, wiper blades, light bulbs etc. Tires depending on the size, otherwise they have to be ordered.

Phone was answered prompt but I needed to know if an item was in stock and the computer system wasn’t loading correctly. I asked the associate if they could verify on the floor to which the response was “You just need to come here and look” would be surprised but it is Walmart. So…….

I was on a family vacation in Gaylord. It was Sunday and I needed two tires and searched everywhere but only West Branch Walmart had them. The service manager, Dale, said they were booked with appointments but if I could get there he would see what he could do to help. I got there and he took care of my vehicle right away. He even called to see if we were ok on my way there. Thanks again!! Service: Tires

Had an oil change there today, and somehow they broke my driver window. Have never had an issue with it but now it seems to be off the track. Unfortunate yes and perhaps not their fault entirely, but the COWARDS never mentioned it and let me drive away like that. Thats just disrespectful and bad business. Never again.

Avoid at all cost. They can't even tighten an oil filter. Checked my oil after an oil change and WAS 3 QUARTS LOW. Filter was very loose and could be turned easily by hand. Hopefully I caught it before any internal damage occurred. Thanks for your outstanding service.

They never put your covers back on when they change your oil. If they do put them back on they leave half the bolts out. Reminded them about this the second time I went & the guy was rude about it. Don't take your car to Wally-world, bottom line! You have bottom of the barrel mechanics working on your car there. No respect & poor customer service.

Never get an oil change here. Their own associate told us that they over filled our oil the last time we got an oil change, said he tried to clean it up this time... ended up having to get a sensor changed because of it. $250 later and we will Never use this place again for our vehicles. They do not have to be a certified mechanic to touch your vehicle .
