I had an equipment issue that needed a tech to repair. When I called the earliest I could get help was the next day at 5 pm. About 5 pm today a M33 van pulls in and the tech says let's get this fixed. With in 30-40 minutes it was working. The tech Shane was awesome!!! It's nice to know some people still care about customer service. Thank you Shane!!!

99% of the time everything is perfect, which is actually beyond expectations. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only constructive comment is it is a challenge to let someone know if the service is out during non business hours. Update- we recently had an outage in a weekend that only lasted 5 minutes so they obviously have something in place to make them aware of the issue so they can address it promptly without a call.

They came out early. Even buried my lines. Customer service is wonderful. Every time I called or emailed in, the office staff responded quickly. I wasn’t there when they installed the internet. I was told the tech that came out was great. He was very patient with my dad. Thank you!

I've been blocked from messenger for simply asking the owner to contact me on lack of service. Tech support is a joke. Always more money. Always more equipment. But doesn't work reliably. Left message asking for help but no response from owner. Tech support reminds me of 2 monkeys beating on server trying fix issue. I'd give them the chance to come and fix things but no response.
