My first time here they took care of my every need. My car was in a bad shape after getting into a horrible head on collision. I didn't have insurance but they still took into consideration my situation and they gave their best quote. Long story shortened. My car came back to me looking way better than when I picked it up from the dealership 2 years ago. I picked up a brand new car which made my entire experience worth it. Overall happy with the body work that was done to the vehicle. The paint matched perfectly and overall assembly was good quality. But the experience was not the greatest. Picked up my wife’s car and was assuming everything had been checked out. Am/fm antenna and rear defroster were not plugged in underneath the rear window c pillar trim. I am a automotive mechanic/rebuilder by trade. And ended up fixing that problem myself. Also had damage on the right rear door glass and surrounding trim due to the accident that were not repaired. Simon did take care of me on replacing the glass, but upon picking up the vehicle again, I had the body shop technician who pulled the vehicle around say “hope it’s good enough for you now.” There were other minor issues I didn’t even bring up. I didn’t think I needed to be the one to point out accident related damage and then get rude comments when picking up my vehicle. I wasn’t there when the damage estimate was conducted, but I specifically referenced the damaged glass before they began repairs on the vehicle. I have worked in automotive as a technician both in the shop and on the customer service side. I was very understanding about the damage that hadn’t been addressed. And didn’t complain at all about making multiple trips back and forth, even though it was an inconvenience. It doesn’t take that much extra time to validate all of the repair work prior to a customer picking up the car, and the attitude of the shop technician with the passive aggressive comment was completely unnecessary. I just wanted the vehicle returned to us in the same condition it was in before the accident. Guess that’s me being too picky. Services: Body & Trim, Auto glass repair

Thank you Simon and Lance and the rest of the team! Took 2 months for my replacement doors to come in and 2 weeks to install. But so grateful for their efforts, they went above and beyond to make my car look brand new even fixing a really old fender bender. Also throwing in a complimentary interior and exterior cleaning.
