Canceled my account years ago. Recently signed up at a different location closer to my house and upon my second day to the gym Iam stopped and told I owe about 50 dollars. Apparently a few years ago when I canceled my account it was done incorrectly and I was still being charged. After a few months of charges it was sent to collections. Never got any emails, mail notifications or phone calls about money I owed they just kept charging me. SCAMMERS!!!. Make sure you get a signed letter stating your account has been canceled don’t fall for a nod and a promise of an email later. You will pay for it, at least 5 months of charges.

Very clean and well laid out. The shower curtains needed to be replaced or cleaned as there was some type of mold or residue on them

Nice and clean place to workout but the Wi-Fi is so bad. Even your phone network isn’t working good. You can’t Stream songs during workout. They gotta do something about the Wi-Fi 👎🏼

Probably my go to location in the Wayne - Westland area. Staff is great and keep it clean. Machines are spaced out a bit more than some other locations too.

I am very pleased to be a member at the PLANET,when I had some health issues the Folks put my membership on hold,now I'm back and really impressed with the Staff,the cleanliness and recently new equipment,I feel honored to belong.

GOOSE and RENEE ARE SERVICE GURUS! When it comes to service at this Planet Fitness, GOOSE & RENEE are STELLAR. As an urban-appearing Black man, some of the staff look at me, and don’t say a word when I come in to the club. They stare at the computer, and hope to see that my membership is not valid. Once my membership is validated, they stare stupidly at the screen. But NOT GOOSE OR RENEE! They both greet me every time that I enter the establishment, and they both do so with a HUGE smile. They are friendly with all of the guests, as is the General Manager, whom I had the pleasure of speaking with late last month. The club is very clean, and never overcrowded, making it the perfect place for your after work workouts! Keep up the amazing work Goose and Renee! I commend you two for not being a racist, like the tall slim woman with glasses who NEVER speaks to Black people.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The coaches truly enjoy what they are doing and are willing to help and answer questions at any time. I love it here!

Very clean. Great service. My favorite location was closed due to a power problem and this store welcomed me with no hesitation at all.

I love the water classes. The instructors are great. But unfortunately the owners have known in advance an instructor needed medical leave and didn't care to cover the advertised class, even though I spoke to one owner personally.

This is one of the nicest PF I have visited. With travel I have been to at least 25 locations. Great lay out. Lots of equipment. Separate rooms for abs, stretching and 360. You can do walking lunges until your legs crumble 🙌👍
