Employe told me they rip you off on packaging upsells here last week. This week I was told my brand new box was used and I need to buy one from them to honor the insurance they were charging me for anyways. Go to ups store in Canton. They are much better then my 3 experiences here. The bottom line Owner, your females that are running the place are terrible employees. But you know that already.

I had an urgent need for a notary. I went to Sameer (The owner of this store) shortly before closing time. He quickly processed what I needed and even scanned and emailed it for me saving me an extra stop on my way home. I have dealt with Lisa at this location many times for my shipping needs and she too is fast and efficient at helping customers and always with a smile. This is my go to UPS store and it should be yours too!

This location is the only UPS Store location I will go to! All the staff (Zeinab, Dyala, Jana, Monica and the real MVP Sameer) are knowledgeable and friendly. They are always very attentive and ready to help. I frequent on the weekends and usually in and out within a couple minutes. But when the line is long in store. The staff does an excellent job of getting through it fast. Thanks you all rock!

My recent experience of shipping all my property/belongings cross-country to Idaho, via the UPS Store in Westland, MI, was a simple, efficient & successful feat - thanks to Sameer & his team at the UPS Store Westland location! Despite my fears, Sameer ensured all 33 moving boxes I shipped out west (for a permanent relocation) would get there successfully in less than a week, without loss, damage or delay (including packing several items/boxes for me) and he was right!! I just unloaded my truckload of boxes & loose items with Sameer and left. A short time later (after he packed & processed all my packages) he acquired my permission to charge for the shipment costs & the deal was done. That easy! I couldn't have imagined the easiest part of my relocation some 2,000 miles away would have concluded as my EASIEST MOVING DAY EVER!!! Thanks again Sameer & your Team!!!

I went in to ship an item that I had a prepaid label for but no box. Stacey was extremely helpful and Provided top notch customer service. My item was an odd sized but she knew exactly what I needed and she got me back on my way for a very reasonable price.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! The owner of this store is incredibly kind and is committed to outstanding customer service. I had two separate packages delivered to his store (which is approximately 20 minutes from me) instead of my house as expected. While the UPS Stores have nothing to do with delivery mishaps, he brought my packages TO MY DOOR, two days in a row because he lives nearby. Now THAT is nearly unheard of these days, and very much appreciated!!! Please support him!

I was processing an Amazon return a few days ago. The staff was amazing by helping me select the correct drop off location (their store) they packaged and shipped my return hassle free. They are quick, efficient and friendly. I wouldn’t use any other location in the future. Great job to the team and management.
