This was the worst experiences I have ever had, trying to get a package that they charge me for the second business day delevary (express) but it delayed more than six days, my address five minutes away from them. my package showing on the app in this location four days for no reason

Is always very pleasant and helpful everytime I visit yoy never have to ask for help if you get stuck on something he makes sure everyone is well taken care of and so do all the other regular employees as well. Thanks for your service. Dawn is the ultimate experience whenever you walk in Fedex Kinkos Westland MI. You never see her coming, you turn around to ask a question on the floor and off the floor and she is on it!! Whether you are just walking in @ copiers scanners or behind the counter! Even after she assisted me I watched her juggle multiple customers @ once including myself! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thanks Dawn keep doin what you're doing👏👏👏

This was my BEST self-service visit ever. DaJah greeted me as I entered the store, although she was assisting another customer, as well. That was the start of an amazing experience. I was having trouble using the self-serve computers, and DaJah was so observant, that she immediately came and asked if I needed assistance. She helped me complete my mandatory project, and I am forever grateful to her.

My girl DAWN, is absolutely PHENOMENAL in making sure the moment I walk through the doors, she's already asking me for my printing codes! I literally NEVER have to stand and wait in a line here.! I get world class service from Dawn, always have.! This is my go to print shop for all my customer shipping labels ect. I've always had excellent experiences here, as long as Dawn is the one servicing my needs. Now the other young girl there is ALWAYS rude and in what I define as a horrible mood. It's literally always written all over her scrunched up face every time I've encountered her. I won't even allow her to wait on me if Dawn isn't working. I've complained about her many times but obviously nothing gets done about it, because she's always funky to customers. I've personally witnessed how she interacts with customers and it ain't good. Overall I love the establishment but if someone doesn't like their place of employment, then quit. Why work somewhere your miserable, and force your misery onto paying customers!?

Dawn was so friendly and helpful! I had to fax some complicated forms, and she helped me organize my fax pages to save money and walked me through the whole process. She showed me how to see the sent fax pages on the screen to make sure every page was included. You guys are lucky to have her on your team!

Megan helped us out with an order and although we went through numerous hiccups that were out of anyones control, they delivered on time the prints we were looking for. I've had to come to FedEx a few times a week for over a month now to handle some paperwork since I do not have a fax or scanner at home. The staff is ALWAYS so caring, helpful, and nice! They truly go above and beyond. I've had nothing but excellent experiences at this FedEx location.
