I love Party City, but let me tell you...I drove there tonight and hit the biggest pothole ever! You cannot see it at all and my car took a serious hit from it. If you are going to party city please watch where you drive! I made sure I took photos right after I hit it! I asked the lady inside who is responsible for the parking lot and it's upkeep. She said the person who owns the strip mall, not sure who that is, but somebody needs to fill this hole IMMEDIATELY!...or put something warning people that it is there! My car I'm sure, has suffered some kind of damage. My steering wheel felt loose after hitting it and smashing the bottom of my car. I am hoping I do not wake up with my tires flat! In situations like this, someone should be responsible for your repairs or paying for your vehicle to be checked. Wasn't sure where else to put this, so no one else has the same issue other than the party city reviews. After all it is directly in front of their store.

This is my favorite store of all. The staff are great! They go over and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. I love this store and the people who runs it.

The only reason they are getting three stars instead of one or two is because the women who waited on me was wonderful short African American women I think her initial was an I it was a different kind of name she had grey hair anyway she needs a raise this places prices are ridiculous and unfortunately it’s like the only place to get party supply’s so they have the advantage to over charge for example can anyone tell me why I can buy a balloon from them filled up for ten bucks but if I bring my own balloons I still have to pay ten bucks does that seem right I literally bought a bunch of decorations for my sons grad party at several different places when it was time to get the balloons filled up I went to party city cause again where else can I go it was going to cost almost two hundred dollars to fill the balloons just to fill them and they would only last four to six hours and trust me it was not a lot of balloons they wanted ten dollars for one foiled balloon like really am I the only person that thinks that’s crazy and definitely taking advantage of the situation of being the only party supplie place around needless to say my sons party had no balloons cause I could not see paying that for balloons that I already had bought elsewhere

I absolutely love this store I can always find everything I need and the staff is very nice and helpful I travel from Redford just to come to Westland party city because I know that I will not have to go anywhere else to get party decorations

I want to say how disappointing the worker here was today. The back lady looked at me then tapped her watch which made me look at the clock, it's 530pm the store closes at 6pm. So I just gave her a whatever look. She the proceeds to walk around the corner and tells customers " chop chop." Shame on you! I will never come to this location. Sad thing is this was my first time at this location 😪 😔.

I went to the Dollar Tree store for some birthday balloons. They told me that they are all out of helium & that it's nationwide. So I came to Party City & purchased 6 balloons. The cashier lady was so very nice & helpful, she did a super great job. Thanks.

I highly recommend this location with their thorough staff and courtesy. I had a last minute gender reveal, they were accommodating at best to help me find everything I needed and have it ready promptly to make sure everything would go over smooth. They went out of their means to be helpful to me in my situation and I appreciate it greatly! Thank you Quinn and Patty!!

Service here is great. I just got balloons there and the order was ready and prepared correctly. I like this Party City because they have advertised items in stock and keep up with the seasons. I wish they had parties right in the store!

Just stopped in for a return. Very fast service, friendly employees. Huge store! Lots of clearance fall items right now. Lots of every kind of different character items for kids birthdays, shower items, tons of balloon options. Didn't realize they make banners too, looks like starting at 19.99.
