Husband bought me a necklace and earrings set. Wore the necklace once and the clasp broke. Tried to bring back for repair or exchange. Long story short. The girl said "Well this is what happens when you don't buy a warranty". Wow it's been less than 30 days. Sounds like they know they sell junk so you'll need a warranty. Bad customer service.

Almost every time I have been to this location the customer service has been terrible, staff including managers are often rude! Today an hour after the store was supposed to open they told me they were doing inventory and had no clue when they would be able to open. Imagine all the business they lose because they don’t do inventory before “store hours”

FIRST TIME THERE ACTUALLY. ME & MY NEW GIRLFRIEND WERE SHOPPING FOR ( PROMISE RINGS 💍) FOR EACH OTHER. THEY ACTUALLY HAD A NICE COLLECTION TO CHOSE FROM, SO OF COURSE WE FOUND THE RINGS WE LIKED AN PURCHASED THEM. BUT I MUST SAY MR. JOHN AN THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE & HELPFUL. JOHN ESPECIALLY WAS SO NICE AND INFORMATIVE, I WAS QUITE IMPRESSED. HE'S ALSO A HANDSOME LOOKING YOUNG MAN. IF YOU READ THIS JOHN, I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. When getting a repair make sure to check if you receive YOUR jewelry. Check for scratches, dents, discoloration etc. I received my jewelry damaged after it was supposed to be repaired. The quality of the repair was 100% poorly done.

I always have a good experience at this location. My hubby sent me to pick out something for my birthday and our anniversary while I had my jewelry inspected. I worked with Jessica and she was amazing!! She listened to what I was looking for, pointed me in a lot of good directions, and was so patient with me. I was in there forever and I never felt once that she was rushing me. Jessica was so kind and outgoing. I would love to work with her every time I go in!

Never shop here!! Customer service is trash and I sent my ring in to be sized TWICE and it was still not right. Asked for management and called the customer service number and management said well...just send it back in. But why should I have to!?? I want to wear my ring and how is that fair to me that I can’t because they can’t size it right!! Pretty sure they switch rings around too and give people different rings because they lose jewelry!

I waited a while to leave my review here...I’ve had to take my ring back 4 times in the two months I’ve had it. I had to return the first setting I bought. EVERY TIME I get my ring back from the jeweler, I have to call to make sure it came in. I never receive a call. Found out after the third time I had to take it back, that they had my info linked to someone else’s account, and they were calling them to pick up my ring. After picking up my rings for the 4th time, I can see from my before and after photos that yet again one of my stones was replaced with a lower quality one. After dealing with these issues from this particular location I won’t be going back again. Customer service is okay, but considering how much we pay for our jewelry, I can’t handle the shotty craftsmanship. Maybe other locations would be better, but I now understand why people told me not to go through Kay’s!

Deneshia is a wonderful salesperson. I went to Kay looking for an enhancer for my engagement ring and they had a nice selection. Not only was Deneshia helpful but she went above and beyond for me. She was friendly, patient and everything you could ask for.

I been all over the county and finally found the engagement ring for my fiance. And they accommodated me and Alaina was superb in helping me decide.would of been 5 stars but ring sizing takes 2 weeks. reasonably priced nice diamonds. Would recommend.

Typically when dealing with Kay Jewelers, my rings are gone for a minimum of 21 days when I send them out for my inspection and rhodium plating so I only utilize that service occasionally. I just relocated to Michigan from Seattle and I must say this location has the friendliest and quickest turn-around time I have ever experienced! I dropped my rings off on a Sunday and my rings were back that same week!!!! They look absolutely gorgeous, and I'm very pleased with the service received. Both visits, I was greeted immediately and had little to no wait time for service. Jon was super friendly and informative. He was even kind enough to annotate in my records of an item I have my eye on and I will receive an email if there's ever a sale or promotion. Very happy to have found this location. If you're looking for great staff and service for your jewelry needs, this is the place!
