Daughter hit a pole with her front tire on her way up to visit us, it damaged the control arm and possibly the cv axle shaft, closest shop was RPM. We called them, they said they could get us in the next Tuesday, so we had the car towed there. Tuesday came and went, called on Wednesday, they said they haven't had a chance to look at it, called Friday, still haven't looked at it, and then told her they couldn't work on it. So we wasted over a week waiting on them, and they didn't do anything, they didn't even get it in the shop to look at it. Then they referred her to a body shop, even though there was no body damage, the problem was mechanical. I'm not sure what kind of repair shop can't replace a lower control arm, or a CV Axle shaft, but I guess we were lucky enough to find one. I would find somewhere else.

My RV had an intermittent electrical fault in its water heater. Though I still like them, the Camping World folks tried repeatedly, getting it to sort of work sometimes, but every night, I had to take a cold shower. These RPM guys made time to help me even without an appointment. More importantly, they fixed my thorny 12-volt electrical problem. and now my water heater gives me hot showers. They know what they're doing.

These guys know their stuff! Eric and John can fix and fabricate anything with a motor! Snowmobiles, boats, cars, trucks, diesel, atv's - you name it! I highly recommend these guys!
