Fantastic store and employees. Probably the only time I can remember leaving a cell phone store and not feeling like I was ripped off. These guys are great and will go beyond the distance for customer satisfaction!!

I needed help setting up my new phone( T mobile sent me a new one because old phone had cracked screen) called this store up, Sure come on down we will be delighted to Help you! Jasmine & PJ were great!! setting every thing up for me ( apps, contacts, pictures,ect,,,) & deleting all my personal information on my old phone"" so when president Biden sends The FBI to retive it for his new IRS agents to have something to keep em busy!! ☎️😁

If you ever want to be in and out of a Tmobile store quick this is your location because it's never crowded lol. Store manager is nice and so is the staff! Ordered us some new phones and got us in and out!

This clown was sitting in store not doing anything. I was 5 minutes before they open and he sat there and waited until 10:01. Guessing he didn’t want to help until right after 10:00. Not something I would Say is winning a customer. Cancelled account

6/26/22 According to the t-mobile website AND the hours posted on the door, this location is open to 7:00pm. I arrived at 6:10pm to locked doors. Employees were still inside. Did they just not feel like working? Anyway, I then go to the Denton store and find the same thing! If you close at six, than your hours posted should reflect that! ETA: This response from the owner is not helpful. Any explanation on why this happened? Any info on how this will be made better in the future? No "contact me at this email so I can find out more?" I have used t-mobile in the past, they were awful. I was happy with Sprint. I will try visiting my old Sprint store tomorrow, hopefully they will be open. If not, Verizon it is.

If you all are planning to go to this store, think twice on the other store near by because you might get s better costumer service than this one, and better options, this is my story. I waited about 45 minutes in the store. Finally whenever they decided to what are you here for, it was a Mexican guy, very skinny, pants dropped all the way unto the floor and not wanting to help at all. I wanted to get the Iphone 13 green color to be told they don’t have it in stock, with no other options other than “do you want the blue”. I’m about to pay 1,000 dollars for something that Indont want ?? What are the options, no other options were offered. I asked if there was any discount since I didn’t want it a blue and well with 100 dollars less I would have gotten it, and he could have a good sale either way. So I left and called to another store near by, exactly 0.4 miles away from this one and a nice lady talked to me and told me that they also didn’t have it in stock but they could ordered it and be there by tomorrow, wow what an options the other store gave me. If you all are planning to go to this store, think twice on the other store near by because you might get s better costumer service than this one, and better options

Michael and the associates at this T-Mobile were very helpful! I was able to sort out an insurance claim, get my SIM card updated, and transfer my old iPhone to my new one. Definitely one of the best T-Mobile locations around!

This location is by far the best T-Mobile location I have ever been at! Peyton and Michael were absolutely amazing!! They took time to help us with our phone and getting it set up. Our phone was a little bit older and was having a little bit of difficulty transferring data, but they didn't give up and continue to try to assist any way they could. Eventually they were able to get the data transferred. I absolutely appreciate both of them so very much and their patience. I know they've had an extremely busy day, but they never let that show and kept such a great attitude. They are a true asset to the T-Mobile team and the store!

I was pleasantly greeted by Jane the store manager who heard my tale of woe. I had been trying for four days to clear a jammed boot up and ended up not even accepting a charge. Jane the wonder woman took charge and within a half hour had the phone charged and running like a finely tuned machine. What a blessing this local location is and what a difference compared to talking with the script readers on 611. Good job mobile 1 I was strongly considering Verizon where my wife's account is.!!!!
