Needed a small amount of storage to supplement what I have in my RV. Obviously I retired from the wrong business because Everywhere I went it was $55 and higher for a 5 x 5 space. And then they wanted you to buy insurance. I was about to give up when I stopped at UHaul. Didn't know they also had storage. They were friendly, had decent security and for $32 a month had one 5 x 5 x 8 space available. I'm a happy customer. And no addon upsells required.

Worker was very rude. She was supposed to send a link to take care fo everything online and only sent a link for a drivers license. She then got mad because nothing was taken care of online and had to do it in person. We also were supposed to have it for 24hrs, and was told to return by 11:30 pm the same day…

Drove all the way here for moving blankets after talking to someone on the phone and getting a quote. Only to get here and them being closed due to COVID. Listen I get that you are closed but why would I have called to get blankets if I didn’t need them today... horrible customer service
