This store opened shortly after I moved to Corinth and the staff and management have always been very nice, but I can never count on them to have Diet Coke in their fountain machine. They explained it away as supply chain issues, which was plausible during the pandemic. But months ago I switched to another store less than two miles away, and they have NEVER been out of Diet Coke once... and I visit almost daily. Just for kicks I stopped by this store this morning just to see if they'd have it, but once again they were out. I have to believe this is a failure of management and/or ownership. It's just not that hard to manage inventory.

This is the closest 711 to my house and I have come to love their fountain drinks but lately there is always something wrong with it. They still sell it like nothing is wrong though. I have had to walk out unsatisfied and empty handed several times. Very disappointing and the only reason I gave them a 2 is because staff is nice.

I love our local 7-11. The staff is always nice the store is kept clean. They even allow me to bring my puppy in when it's too hot outside. Some of these cashiers are so friendly and professional. I only say some because I have not met all of them obviously. The cookies on the way out are the best!!

They have an okay drink selection but they never have any hot food and the cold food is very limited in selection. I usually look forward to 7 eleven for food and this one let me down

I came by today on my lunch break to grab something to eat and the young lady Kelly was remaking food there were Buffalo wings in the holder but she told me they had expired so she would give me the ones that just came out of the oven. They were delicious and she even reminded me that they were hot to be careful. Awesome customer service keep up the great job Kelly.

I came by your store today and the new girl I think she said her name was Kelly. I want yall to know she was awesome. Best customer service I've received in a long time. I normally don't stop at this store but it will be my place to stop from now on. Keep up the great work Kelly.

The store owner susie is so nice she cares about her stores and her employees they are family to her. The store manager jamie is awesome she is always willing to help out her employees and make all the Customers feel welcome as do all the other employees. Johnathan is very friendly, Ethan is always taking out the trash, Sabrina who is the assistant manager is always making sure their is plenty of fresh food available for the customer's to eat. Brittany and Christa work very well together but all the employees work well with each other Christa will make sure you leave happy. Tony and Tim the over night crew are great as well they all keep the store clean and organized. The store is always clean and looks great.

Entering the store, my husband opened the door for me (carrying a baby) and our 5 year old son. A maskless employee rushing out of the store, rather than open the adjacent door, says sorry as he proceeds to cut me and our son off; we step back to not get plowed through. My husband very upset by this rude behavior asked to speak to management. The woman who claimed to be the franchise owner came out. Clearly upset, my husband explains what happened. He hardly gets the last word out and she’s very quick and short. “I’m sorry that happened to you.” And just stands there looking at us. The employee has since returned to the building, behind the counter at which we were addressing the owner. When my husband pushed that it was rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable, she then asked if we wanted a free coffee. There was never the reassurance that she would speak with the employee, address the behavior, etc. I expect better from my 5 year old; I expect basic manners and common sense how to treat other human beings, ESPECIALLY from the employees of the business I am frequenting. We will not be back and recommend anyone expecting professional etiquette to find another store.

The other coworkers were amazing. but there was so much drama with the management. there was no actual management in the stores one of their employees were blatantly under the influence of drugs and never got reported. please do not work for them! you can find a better job!
