My hubby and I love coming to Barnes & Noble for a cup of coffee, and a nice wander through the books. It's a great place to study too, though I wish they had larger square tables, and not mostly the little dinky round ones. Overall, I'd highly recommend this location.

My go to BnN. Very good selection. The Starbucks is decent. Not the best but definitely not the worst.

Awesome store in a great location! The B&N staff are super knowledgeable and helpful! For example, this morning I entered the store very lost, attempting to locate a particular genre of text. I was approached by the assistant store manager, Jessica, who instantly led me to one of her personal favorite that worked out perfectly! She even helped with gift wrapping ideas! To say that Jessica saved the day would be an understatement! Thank you for a great experience!

Barnes & Noble itself is great, kiddos love the LEGO selection and there is a great selection of books. The Barnes and Noble Cafe is rude and not helpful at all. My kiddos wanted some water because the water fountain near the bathroom was not in use. So I asked the Cafe for (2) small kids water cups. Her response was inflexible and rude saying due to cup shortage we can’t offer free water and suggested I purchase $$$ Fiji water. At $5/bottle no thanks!!! I can go to nearby Walmart and buy a case for that same price. I asked how do you serve the iced tea her response was in the plastic cups, but that there isn’t a button for water. Again lame inflexible excuse to try to get money out of customers 👎👎👎👎👎

During covid...when the store was opened up again, we got threatened to be kicked out if we didn't go and read in the designated area in the cafe...we were sitting by the kids area...no problem I guess. my 2 kids and i left. Yesterday, drinking fountains are shut off with a sign to purchase water at the cafe...my bad I didn't read the part that said "water for sale" . Went to the Cafe to see if I could get my bottle filled. Was told "we don't give free water when we have bottles for sale for 3.00"...umm this is the first Barnes and noble Starbucks I come across that doesn't even offer water...not only that, but the store has their fountains shut off and then points you to go BUY water. This is the only Barnes and noble I've seen this at. Will continue going to Lewisville, Southlake and Frisco...not here.

Came in for the first time at this location went to the Cafe for some fuel while i do some creative writing and Taylor was very sweet and absolutely tried to upsell my order without being pushy. She was the only one at the counter and helped me quickly and efficiently while also helping the other customers. Excelent customer service and the best London Fog I have had in a bit. Also to note the Cafe was spotless!

They have all the books in open view ready for you to peruse. Still love looking thru paper books. If you love or are just getting into Manga, they have a big selection.

Come here every Halloween Day with my Wife and Kids to pick out a book. Employees are are very courteous and don’t mind my little one pulling every book off the shelf smh…

The place was much smaller compared to other Barnes and Nobles, but it still works. The place has a great atmosphere and selection, and there is still the Barnes and Noble Cafe. The entire atmosphere in and outside the store is great, with many plants complimenting the dark paint.

Because it's a bookstore. A happy bookstore that has the Thomas and Train Set, small and grown places to sit. Look for fun stuff with your kids. It's a happy bookstore, with that yummy bookstore smell. There's just not a ton of bookstores left, and I'm glad when I find one... even if its got more toys than books - but if you need an educational toy or a great present for your kiddos, this is the place to come.
