Also customer care needs some improvement shouldn’t have to be going back and forth with me to cancel something I didn’t even know I signed up for.

And then used their debit payments for a membership they didn’t agree with. Who does that? Then corporate made us hold for 15 minutes!! This place reminds me of the people who call me to talk about my car warranty! Scammers!!!!

I did get my money back after emailing several different customer services, but it should have never been taken in the first place; especially the magazine subscription fee. I have been charged on my card 5 times and all the charges come back to this company. Something I did not approve, magazine subscriptions and a monthly charge for something called a backstage pass. I would never have agreed to this. It is fraud and to top it off they do not want to refund my money so I have to file fraud and change my bank card.
