Racist and sell junk! The guy is trash and needs to get educated. Do not support this place!

Love these guys. Best Subaru repair in grand traverse county. Reasonably priced used Subarus for sale.

We bought a 2010 Subaru Outback here a little over a year ago. It worked well for about 3 months, but has been nothing but problems since... All of the rotors went bad first... Wheel bearings, tie rods, control arms and a VERY expensive maintenance kit for the water pump and timing belt were all needed shortly after. The water pump/belt kit was especially frustrating because we were told it should have been done at the exact mileage we bought the car at... Shame on us for not bringing the car to our mechanic before purchasing, but we'll never buy here again. *UPDATE ON THE ABOVE POST: The head gasket on the car blew and ran us $2,500 to repair. BUYER BEWARE!

Bought a Subaru here 11 months ago and 10000 miles. I have had to do a tune up( my mechanic informed me that they were the original wires) 2 wheel bearings and a new driveshaft. BUYER BEWARE! I asked if the timing belt had been done and was told yes, my mechanic said there is a big sticker placed under hood when done....nine, so I doubt that it was done.

Bought a 2008 outback from here. Drive it 1400 miles and hasn't worked since. When I asked the owner bill to fix it, he looked at it for a day, and basically did nothing. I drive it home, turn it on the next day, and it still runs wrong. Would not reccomend this place at all, if something is wrong with your car, they dont care whawhat happens after the warranty.

We've bought numerous cars over decades from Bill and had repairs from George. These guys price reliable cars at a fair price. Our most recent Subaru from them is about 260k miles. Time to get another one from them.

If you want to pay above KBB for a used car and then still have to dump thousands into it to chase down issues, then this is the place to go. Bill seems like a nice guy, but the vehicle I purchased in March has had issues from day one. My fault for buying, of course, but I had been without a car for some time and really needed to purchase something. Sold to me with a front strut missing several inches of coil spring, braking very poor, sway bar links were shot all the way around, nearly-dead Walmart battery, brake calipers that hang up, and an elusive death shake that no one has yet been able to diagnose. Bill replaced the front struts at his cost, and I wish the problems would've ended there, but this thing continues to be a pain. If you're willing to pay these prices, go somewhere else.

Bill was very helpful from start to finish with our car purchase. Even helped out with a small issue after purchase. Always available by phone.

Bill has helped me find cars that are reliable and are affordable. He is honest and a kind person. I love working with him!
