I've never been a "get your nails done every month" kind of girl because of not feeling comfortable enough to walk into a salon, but Michelle Nails changed that. All the girls are super friendly, easy to talk too and do a damn good job! I will go no where else for my nail/toe services Service: Dip powder

I have been here 5 times now. Previously at other salons, I would get 3 weeks out of a gel manicure. I’m barely getting a week now. The polish just peels off. It’s very disappointing and I can’t understand why it’s happening. I’m not going to waste anymore time or money. Services: Manicure, Gel manicures

The sanitization process between clients was non existent, it was packed to the point of no seating (it was clear they were double booking), I had to wait 30 minutes even though I was on time and the nails I got were just okay even though they were quite simple. I would normally give this place three stars but because the lack of cleanliness, especially during a pandemic, they get one. My nail tech handled money then immediately started on my nails and the station I was sat at was dirty with everything covered in nail dust. People had to wear masks which is great but it just wasn't clean. If they fix that, I would go back. Service: Acrylic nails

I’ve been going to this place for as long as I can remember. They’re all very nice people and Casper is very sweet. I love going here a lot. I’ve only had one experience where my shellac peeled early, but that’s because I was rushing to get my nails out of the light and pulled them out early. They’re usually a few minutes later than what me and my group have scheduled, but we never wait for more than 10 minutes tops. My grandma loves Christina, and she does an amazing job when she does my eyebrow waxing. My aunt used to get white tips put on, and the only trouble she had was them turning yellow over time. Overall this place is amazing. Very clean and sweet people. I very much recommend it.

Went to get my nails done for my birthday In August which they were super cute but it took 3+ hours and they only lasted 11 days so I was disappointed. The nail tech also left a few times (15 minutes at one point) and kept answering calls. I just felt unimportant and like the nails were rushed even though it took hours. I never normally never leave reviews but I feel like the ratings for this place aren’t accurate. I’m very big on customer service since it’s my own profession. Still giving 3 stars because the nails were beautiful just not worth the time or money Service: Acrylic nails
