They don’t ask they just assume that you want it hot iced etc. leading to longer times to get a drink and it was made so disgustingly sweet I threw it out in the parking lot

Inside of D&W it’s ok still over priced cheap coffee beans, usually the service is good just not my thing only will get something if I’m shopping with the wife. But the drinks aren’t usually bad just over priced

Awesome staff. Always super friendly and work as fast as they can, especially when it’s busy. I’m always happy to wait a few minutes for a drink because they do such a great job.

First time buying from Starbucks. I've avoided them before because I believe the prices are too high for coffee. But I wanted to warm myself up and I drink really sweet coffee for the taste. First off I was purposely told an incorrect price so I would buy, to come to find out they don't even have flavored creamer or any creamer, just half & half or milk. The coffee tastes terrible and it wasn't even hot. And I paid $3 for a small that I just thrown away because it didn't taste good or could it warm me up. I would never go to another Starbucks again because of that experience.

I live right in town and frequent D&W at least 4 times a week but still choose to drive a minute down the road to bigby. I ALWAYS have to wait for a minimum of 5 minutes, and that's just to get my order even in. Yesterday (1/23/2020) I was in around 9:30, which in my opinion is still coffee time. There was a barista who told me someone would be right with me and then walked off, didnt even take my order. The other barista who I have never seen before seemed flustered. I waited. Finally he let me know he would be right with me, he just had A FEW MORE DRINKS TO MAKE. I left. This is the third time I have left without getting coffee because of the lack of people scheduled and the long wait it takes to get your coffee. People are heading to work in the morning and dont want to factor in waiting 15 minutes for their coffee.

I have only gone been to this location about a half dozen times. Out of those visits my drinks have been wrong half the time. Two of those times my drink was given to another customer (this is NOT a busy location). This most recent visit the employees were too busy discussing everything wrong in their private lives and complaining about their manager to allow me to get my drink promptly and go. I do not post reviews often, especially negative ones, but someone needs to do an overhaul of this location for them to live up to the Starbucks name.

2 years ago I reviewed this Starbucks as a 1 star with a "never to return" stamp. I'm happy to say they have greatly improved since then! I work in the area now, so decided to give them another chance. I now return quite frequently. The staff is nice, typically, and it's an easy in, easy out type of place. They are quick and accurate. Completely different from how it used to be!
