My fish fillet that I got clearly was sitting it was not fresh at all and I feel like when I go around the evening night time nothing is ever fresh everything taste and feels like it was sitting for hours not that it matters because nothing is going to be done or changed but just my input I think certain stuff should be cooked per order especially stuff like the fish fillet and fries or the chicken sandwich or the chicken nuggets etc

We received the wrong food, but didn't notice until we drove 10 min home. We tried to call the restaurant 4 times to ask about just getting credited back the difference as we didn't want to drive back and every time, we called the phone hung up. This MacDonald's employees need to go customer service class. They are rude, refuse to give food and told to wait. When waiting, no one come with food. I had to end up going inside and food sitting there. And this is not the 1st time. They did at least 5 time with me. If there is no Star, I would give them

Any McDonald's will be the last place I'll be eating. The deamn employees are really stupid, they never put the right orders completely always missing something, especially if you're Bl@(k employees you're a completely nasty person.

Not sure what was going on the day I was there but I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal and a mcdouble with a large fry and it took 20mns plus they told me they didn't have soda

Got a completely different order and did not have time to check it after going through the drive thru. Ended up getting less than what I paid for and it looked like a lot of people were getting the wrong orders. Staff or the computer system needs to do a better job of keeping orders straight.

They have these two white young females who refused to take anyones order despite being open. They left no sign saying they are closed and ignored anyone who came to the drive through. When I called they refuse to give me the general manager information or their names and said “obviously if no one is responding to you it means we are close”. They can answer the phone but refuse to take orders or let customers know they are close. The general manager should fire those two. Nasty attitudes and no respect.

I ordered a chocolate milk shake with no whip cream. They hand me one with whip cream and I remind them that I ordered one without whip cream. (Which I'm not mad about the confusion). But they tell me to go wait and someone will be out with my correct order. They come outside with a mostly white milkshake with chocolate swirled around on the bottom. Evidently, they sturred and mixed the whip cream into my shake instead of getting me a new one. Straight up lazy and sneaky. Be better than that.
