Always friendly and helpful staff, seem to do a good job with wine orders. Beer ordering and offering could use some enhancements. I realize they are all the rage, but too many IPA's and the ones that are stocked could use refinement. Fairly large warm beer area, tiny tiny selection for individual beers to try. I see a pretty good selection of brewers but sometimes confounding selections from them. For example Ommegang is carried but they do not have Three Philosopher's, which is their best beer as far as I am concerned... that's basically it in a nutshell they have the right contacts but aren't bringing in the right products.

Today I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by a young Asian man. As I walked up to pay I greeted him, in return I got " I'm going to have you pull your mask up over your nose " ! Mind you, these City Clerks are not exposed at all. The CUSTOMERS at this City run store, are left to scan and bag their purchases. The clerks are completely covered behind plexi glass. My mask may have slipped down a little, however I do NOT deserve being treated like a child out after curfew. When I advised I would not be returning, I received an "oh no" sarcastic response. As in , my business doesn't matter to the City Of Lakeville. NOTED. Go elsewhere where your money and patronage are appreciated!

Local municipal. Gives money back to community. Pays PT help decent wages. Good customer service. Easy parking. But do wish the stores had walk in cooler or some other way to access case of beer without needing Hulk Hogan strength to push all cases up to get a case out.
