Horrible customer service!!! We are on a keep full plan. It's sub zero outside and we are OUT of propane. Local number on bill goes straight to a corporate phone system. Been on hold for over 30 mins and still no answer. Find another place to get your propane! This is RIDICULOUS!

Had enough of Ferrell's prices. Look around and you might find Ferrell is charging 50¢+ per gallon more than others like I did. Also, you might find better customer service too! Make the switch.
