At first I was hesitant to sign up for the 6 week challenge… Many thoughts came to mind like, can I do this and commit to 6 wks? Am I in good enough shape to even try the workouts? What would others think of me? The answer was yes, and I felt confident with going forward after talking with Travis and meeting the coaches. I completed the 6 week challenge and have been there now over 10 plus weeks and also became a member (first time gym member) and I feel like I made the right decision. I cannot recommend enough!

I had my first session yesterday. The environment and atmosphere was so comfortable - the gym makes it a point that everyone encourages each other. The trainers push you but ensure that you're not overdoing it and hurting yourself.

The idea of joining a CrossFit gym at 46 and no where near in shape to do the different movements was not something I expected to do, but I have been coming here for over a year and its been great. The instructors are awesome and will help you scale each workout and exercise movement to your ability. There is no judgement and just only support to help you meet your goals. I highly recommend this gym.

The team at Mendota Fitness have got me to the most fit that I have ever been after only 100 days. Travis is very kind and welcoming. I had almost no athletic experience before joining, but the training team, especially Austin, did an amazing job of meeting me where I was and coaching me along my path. They offer nutrition coaching as well, and Samantha has given me knowledge and advice that has changed my relationship with food, and turbo charged my progress. I can't recommend this team of professionals highly enough.

At 37 I never thought I'd be able to get into the best shape of my life. Do not be intimidated by the idea of CrossFit. The Mendota Fitness team will help you achieve amazing strength and conditioning gains, but all while making sure you are going at the appropriate pace for your skill and fitness level. The coaches are all very helpful and encouraging. The members are also incredibly nice and fun to hang out with. I've been a member now for 9 months and absolutely love it.

Mendota Fitness is everything you are looking for in a CrossFit gym. The coaches are not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. I do personal programming with Austin Dickson for my disc golf and it’s been fantastic. The space is is one of the biggest I’ve seen. The community is also top notch. Travis as strived to cultivate a safe environment to not only succeed but also to fail and grow. Weather you are experienced I. The world of fitness or your are looking to start your fitness journey to be the best version of you, this is the place. 🤙🏼

After trying for many years to lead a self-directed workout plan and healthier lifestyle with varied levels of success, Mendota Fitness was the missing link. Outstanding coaching across all skill levels and competencies, the accountability of highly motivated individuals in small class sizes, it's really hard to ask for much more. Once I settled in to the classes, having the option to add Nutrition Coaching through Mendota Fitness to my exercise regimen was another huge plus, helping me focus on improving my diet which helped me lose weight and perform better in and outside the gym. If you're thinking of joining the gym - stop in for a class or a one-on-one and see what it's all about, you won't regret it. Other pros: tons of space, great equipment, onsite showers, clean facility, especially nice when the big garage doors are all open, friendly people throughout, non-judgmental, diverse, great value, etc.
