This Cricket Store is AWESOME!!! Stevie the store manager goes out of her way to make sure your order is exactly right! My brand new phone was so messed up, but I didn't get insurance! She made sure I got a replacement through the warranty on the phone!! Several times I had to go back and she was WONDERFUL!! IF You're going to buy a Cricket phone and you need to have your Cricket phone looked at or have questions go to this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids, located by the Walmart Store!! I was hesitant about switching over from ATT to Cricket. I'm not sorry one bit because of Stevie the store manager!! I highly recommend this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids over any location!!

Top-Notch Service and Support! As an AT&T subscriber, I had an unlocked Samsung S10 phone that was unable to make or receive calls after AT&T shut down their 3G network. My phone was listed as a supported device and everything (text and Data) worked with the exception of calling. I spent four hours on the phone with AT&T tech Support and another seven in-store trying to get this issue resolved. In the end, AT&T was saying the issue was the phone and I needed a new one. I visited this Cricket location the other night and spoke with Tia as I needed to switch over multiple lines from AT&T for another issue. Once Tia saw the issue I was having with calling, it took her 3 minutes to get it fixed. I didn’t need a new phone, new sim, advanced configuration on my device, or any special account changes from an overseas team.. just a basic app. THREE MINUTES. It took Tia three minutes to fix what various members within AT&T could not over SEVERAL HOURS. That kind of support/knowledge goes a long way. Aside from that issue, she worked with me through the headache of getting a bunch of phone numbers ported into their network. Even with the snags, she was patient, knowledgeable and was able to get things done in a timely manner. Thanks again for your help!

Stevie literally went above and beyond helping us today. She is the reason we stuck with deciding to switch to Cricket. We stopped in to ask several questions and talk through how switching would work. She was knowledgeable, so friendly and efficient. We came back today and had her switch/create several lines and can’t say enough kind words about how helpful she was.

Went in to upgrade my phone for the first time in 2 years.. had already did some research before hand, but Stevie was awesome to work with. Very knowledgable, helpful in helping me transfer things over to my new phone, no sales pressure at all. Wonderful service! I highly recommend and will definitely use again!

We stopped in to get a new phone for a family member. We asked for the least expensive phone. The employee said it was $60. When we asked about the “free” phones, she said they were as , oh, those are as low as twenty dollars. (A little confusing since we had just been told the lowest was $60 and not sure why they were labeled as free.) One of our phones was having service problems. She advised that we buy a new card which we did. It didn’t work. We wanted to return it right away, and she said we couldn’t. We explained that the only reason we purchased it was because she advised it. She “explained” that she was in sales and not in service. We could talk to our bank to reverse the charges! This was disappointing on every level. We left without a new phone and with a useless new card with the advice of talking to our credit card company.

As a service it's great, as an employer they are horrible. Cricket works with authorized retailers who typically run the business like a communist party. Employees are replaceable not valued, money is the goal over everything and customer service is only for appeal not actual care. I'd give a lower score but the service from at&t that Cricket offers is actually great so they get a 3.

I really had great customer service i went in to renew my phone and Nolan welcomed me at the door and helped find what i intended and angila was also a great help with finding witch contract and they both were awesome the frienly environment and frindly people i have to say EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Service is horrible here! Wish I could give them 0 stars. Went in to add one line to my plan. There was a glitch in there system and so I said I would come back the next day to add the line. When I went home, I saw that two lines had been added to my account charging me $60, but I never got a phone for them. I went in the next day and they were able to take the two lines off and correctly add the initial line I wanted - giving me a phone this time. But THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME THE $60. I called numerous times and spoke with the store manager, Adam, he was no help at all. I talked and talked to the district manager who assured he would fix it and call me back. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. It's been TWO MONTHS now and they obviously don't care. Will definitely be looking for a different service provider.

Awesome experience. Switched from h2o to Cricket, and what a great decision it was. Aaron went beyond just a great customer service and stayed even at least an hour extra just to get me trough the problem I had switching from h2o. Derrick joined in and this strong team made it happen. Here is a big thank you to both of you for the passion you've shown. I'll be back in about a month to switch another service provider to Cricket and there are more people I'm sending your way as well. Thank you guys.

I just switched from Sprint to Cricket and Victor was a tremendous help. She went above and beyond to make sure that my phone was working correctly and went the extra mile to figure out some issues that were happening. She called me twice after I got home to make sure that I was receiving phone calls. The whole time we were all laughing and having a great time. A much different experience than going to sprint where there is minimal conversation happening. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else from here on out.
