I would avoid this pharmacy. Very unfriendly. Awful customer service. Lots of attitude. I was the only customer there, yet I felt like I was being punished for showing up.

I have gone to this pharmacy three times now to fill a single prescription, to no avail. I called in before going in person, and they confirmed they would have my prescription ready. When I got there, I waited in line, only to have them tell me that they can’t find my prescription and they don’t know who I spoke to on the phone.

Most understaffed pharmacy I've ever seen. I waited on the phone for over an hour to fill a prescription, then waited in line for 45 min to pick it up. Save your time, switch to Walgreens.

I waited in line for 2 hours, only to get to the front and them say, sorry we are closed. Told to transfer our prescriptions but they didn’t know where we could that was open past 8. I wouldn’t be as mad but there was zero communication to us in line and had I known they would have a hard stop at 8, and that moving 10 feet in line would be an hour, I would have left for a different pharmacy. There were 12 people behind me still too. More people are needed to staff. I don’t get it.

Absolutely no communication at this location. We called a day ahead, confirmed with our doctor that the prescription was filled and when we got there they had no idea. They then told us 30 minutes and over an hour later we heard nothing. The next day it still wasn’t filled. Also they literally NEVER answer the phone. Do not waste your time at this location.

I have been going to Target pharmacy for 13 years. Now that it is a CVS pharmacy I am leaving. The pharmacy is very dirty. Should not have dirt and dust on counters. Prescriptions are never ready even though you have gotten a text saying it is ready. I was there last week. I was number 18 in line. There were 6 more people behind me. Customers with appt for shots the pharmacist told them no shots today. What is going on? Please do not put everything off to nobody wants to work. That's when creative minds are needed.

Stay away from this target pharmacy!!! They are extremely lazy the place is always dirty and not taken care of and they don’t care about anyone’s time! I went there and stood in line for almost 20 minutes for them to help 4 people ahead of me and then for them to tell me they did not fill my prescription even thought they sent me a text the day before that it was filled and then did not have any excuse to why this happened just shrug their shoulders and said “well it wasn’t filled it will take at least a half hour”!!!! I will never have another prescription sent to this location! Added note: my mother went back today while I was working to try and get it for me and they still did not fill it so I would have waited a half hour yesterday for nothing because they would have not got it done anyways!! Absolutely rude and ridiculous!

This location has gone so downhill. I stopped getting texts when my medications are ready. I was told by the automatic system on the phone that my meds are ready, I waited in line for 45 minutes to pick them up, only to be told that they weren’t ready and that I would have to wait another 20-25 minutes. The staff is completely incompetent and this location is so poorly managed.

Everytime there's one person at counter and 15-35 minute wait. Transferred to Walgreens which had an issue getting in touch with CVS to transfer. Much better at Walgreens and prescription is 20% cheaper

I really want to give them a pass cause of understaffing, but the staff here clearly don’t care at all. You’d think any housekeeping or operational tasks should be done before/after they open the door to serve. Nope! Staffs sorting the shelves, manning everything else EXCEPT serving customers. First 10 minutes of opening, they served 0 patient!
