I'd give zero stars if I could. Currently in line here. As per usual, there are 2 slow as molasses tellers and only 3 people in line and I have already been standing here for 12 minutes. Usually I'm lucky to get out of here in less than 45 minutes and no one ever seems to care. They look at the line and walk away.

I don’t even know why I give them my business. I have a personal, business, credit cards with them but after a few visits to this branch. Makes me rethink about life without them would be so much better. I’ll have to pull all of my assets out of Bank of America. This place is so sad. Customers are unhappy, teller are like walking zombies, tellers don’t smile or talk. They don’t even tell you to wait or be patient. They are just unhappy tellers. Don’t know how these people sleep at night. So stu pid. Around 20 customers. And no one to be found. Not even one teller.

I want to move to Wells Fargo one teller and 30 people in line it been hours Bank of America is making fun of there customer with kind of service horrible I wish there was negative red star for this place

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst BofA I've even been in. Currently 15 people in line with 1 teller open. And this isn't the only time. Every time I've been here it is this way. Ridiculous.

Bankers don't work here.They only have one banker working even though many customers are waiting. I always have to wait at least 40 minutes to visit here

The worst BOA . slow service always a huge line. An at the same time you have bank employees standing around joking with each other while customers need help . They are very rude an you can tell just plainly do not care about the customers. Most BOAs are nice iv never witnessed one as bad as the one hear in rancho Cordova

This is the worst bank in the entire universe!! I wish I didn’t have to come here, the lines are long and what’s with only having two tellers?! Not to mention that the wait time for sitting down with a banker is an even longer wait time then the line!!!

THEY removed the only Bank of America ATM within 3 miles of fair oaks and manzanita and gave no solutions 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻 Terrible business, just get golden 1 instead!

Unfortunately I’m at this bank again. The manager needs to be demoted back to janitor. The staff needs to be educated on simple banker policy’s as far as respect, efficiency, and care goes. I have a small business account with them and their small business advisor always calls to formally introduce himself so when I schedule a appointment he takes off without a call. Time is money and he waisted a decent part of my day. I would like to file a formal complaint as well as talk to the district manager

Super rude. Tried to get change for a 100.00 bill and was told they Couldn't get change for it "because I didn't have an account there". Really?? You're saying one of the biggest, richest banks in America doesn't have the where with all to make change of a hundred dollar bill?? Please. I also tried to cash a Birthday check from my father ,a B if A check, and was told "it just looks right wierd". Really I've cashed guys birthday checks there several times before!!! Always for the same amount once it twice a year. I left feeling humiliated and embarrassed. This branch needs to take a GOOD look at it's customer service practices. The reviews I'm reading here DON'T look good. Ya think???
