My numerous experiences with T&T have been wonderful! The owner is kind, knowledgeable and is always looking out for his customers and neighbors. I have been bringing my car to T&T for years and highly recommend it. All the services I have gotten there have been satisfactory and I have left each visit more knowledgeable about my car than before. Tuan, or Peter as some know him, is absolutely fantastic ! He will fix what is needed and nothing more if you so desire which is refreshing considering how some auto businesses run today. I have had other mechanics treat me poorly likely because of my gender but have I have never experienced this with T and T Auto. Would recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience at T & T Auto Repair. I brought my car to the shop because it would start about 1 of every 10 times. They fixed my car within 10 minutes and sent me on my way. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend. Service: Battery

Oil change was done same day. Great service so we decided to return. Car’s belt is squeaking. Brought it in Friday to have it looked at over the weekend, nothing. Brought it back in on Monday after work and left it the next day Tuesday…we will let you know if it gets fixed. Said it’s the transmission and would cost $500 or more dollars to repair. Getting a second opinion. We will be back for routine maintenance though.

I was having some car issues and the owner was able to look at my car, tell me what was wrong and fix it in a day! He was super friendly and the issues were very minor so he did not charge me for them. I will definitely be going back here if I have more car trouble. I would highly suggest this place, as I am generally weary of mechanics, but this place was great!

On a road trip from upstate NY to the Midwest, our car suddenly started idling at twice its normal rate. We knew we would arrive in Minneapolis over Memorial Day weekend, so on a friend’s recommendation we called ahead to T&T Auto Repair on the Friday before Memorial Day. I spoke with Jordan, who was friendly and professional, and assured me that they could take a look at the car first thing Tuesday morning, even though they would be really busy that day. True to his word, our car was the first thing they looked at—and right away, they discovered the problem: our cruise control was getting stuck under the throttle, holding the throttle open even when the cruise control was off. Jordan showed me what was happening and how to fix it, and didn’t charge me a dime. If we lived in Minnesota, T&T Auto Repair would be our regular mechanic!

Truly a helpful and honest place. They were able to do a patch repair on my car that would have cost many times more to get repaired at the dealership that I had gone to initially. They were also very informative about what exactly was wrong with my car, what the dealership had misinformed me about, and what exactly the repair was that they were going to do, and also what they couldn't repair (that over time, I really might just have to get parts replaced at a dealership). Overall I am extremely happy with how my car has run since they worked on it and feel like I have been given good information for any future work needed on my car.

This place knows what they are doing and have some great competitive prices; however, they are unprofessional and rude. This was previously my "go-to" mechanic because they were honest and repaired my car in reasonable amounts of time. Now, I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else because I cannot do it with this place anymore. 1) They gave me the wrong key to my car on multiple occasions. 2) They refuse to give me a breakdown of their labor and part costs. Every time I call and tell them what needs to be fixed, they say, "Okay, it'll be xxx amount of dollars." One time I got the same thing done twice and they charged me more the second time. When I asked about it, they said, "Oh, I don't know what the other guy at our shop did, but that's not what I charge." 3) One of the mechanics (Ruben) gives me an attitude, every single time. 4) They are inconsistent and do not follow directions. I told them to look at something for me and call me to let me know how much it would be to fix and instead they called me and said, "We repaired it for you. It'll be xxx amount of dollars." - THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME THREE TIMES and each time the repairs were between $300 - $700! Although, still cheaper than any other mechanic, but I did not have the money at those times! I think this would be a good place to go if you need one repair done and know how much it would roughly cost. Otherwise, this place needs more organization.

Great experience. We called T&T this morning, and the owner asked if we could come in today. He took a look at our car, thought we needed new spark plugs, and gave us an estimate that was very fair. A couple of hours later, our car was done and the estimate was right. He even showed us what the old spark plugs looked like and gave a helpful explanation of the issue. Highly recommend this place!
