The French fries were bad! Not the fries we usually get there! Very disappointed! Next time I am going to try the fries before I pull out of the drive threw! Like the sign says on the pickup window! If they are not crispy and hot to return them! These were bad! Also took forever! No wonder the drive threw line was so long! Plus no indoor dinning! At least you could have the proper help inside to make it quicker! Just serving the drive threw window should be faster! Always loved Wendy's! Last two times now were not good! Changing my mind on stopping here!

Ordered $40 of food, received $20 of it. Double bacon cheeseburgers apparently have one burger and no bacon on them, ten piece nuggets really meant 7 piece, and straight up didn't get the frosty we ordered or any sauce. Went back up to the window and they did give us more nuggets, but had to ask 3x to finally get sauce and frosty. But hey at least the spicy nuggets go hard.

I love Nisswa Wendy's! The staff is very polite and the customer service is top notch. I've never had an issue with my food. Best fast food around in my opinion! James is fantastic at running a awesome crew! They always give my dogs a treat too which is always an awesome bonus. I stop by whenever I'm in the area. ☺️ They are (like everyone else around here) short staffed so sometimes the drive thru line is a little longer than you'd think but it's well worth the wait!!

We tried to order Chilli but unfortunately they were out....unable to have it made today. So we were a little bummed but continued to order. We got up to the window and we were told they upgraded our shake to a large one. It made my husband smile, he told them he appreciated the gesture for not having the Chilli we love so much. Maybe next time. We will return. That's how you attempt to remedy the situation, great job young man! We didn't catch his name but we were surprised with his excellent customer service!

A bit slow on the draw, so make sure you have at least 10 extra minutes to get through the drive-thru. Employees are very friendly, though (they gave my dog a piece of bacon) and the food is so much better than McDonald's. Bacon Bourbon Burger rocks!

Family friends were banned from this facility simply for having a large family and ordering $75 worth of food. Which apparently inconvenienced the manager who decided to be extremely rude and yell. This is unacceptable and discriminatory.

This is a nicely run facility. Not only is it aesthetically looking from the outside, but the people that work there, God bless them, are all nice and friendly. I know they're busy because I know they're short-handed. We had our dog with and asked for a pup cone. We have never done this but have heard of it. And we got a little cup of bacon. How sweet is that. 🐶🐾☺️ Our doggy really enjoyed it. Support your local businesses. They're struggling for workers. This is one of the better ones. Keep up the good work guys and gals! 👍👍

Well, my mother just had a "wonderful" experience at this establishment with their "wonderful" "manager". The Skrillex look-alike "manager" kept being rude and interrupting my mother as she politely explained her food was terrible and the fries were hours old (also have photos of said grey cold fries). There were no other customers in the restaurant, but there was no one to help them figure out the confusing soda machine after they asked several times. Until finally, the lovely Skrillex look-alike came and assisted. He later claimed the charred burger (can't forget the dry bun aaaye) and old fries were a result of, "leaving it on the counter for too long; it's your fault". We are now sitting on the phone waiting for customer service (1st time took 33 minutes on hold with no results, and current call 28 minutes). I hope Skrillex's manager sees this and gives him a talking to (uninterrupted). The charred burger lived up to their, "Hot & Crispy Guaranteed" slogan (especially crispy heavy -- on the sarcasm) but can't say the same about the old grey fries. 10/10 I would recommend going to the gas station across the street to purchase a Lunchables instead. :)

Thank you for bagging our food so nice! It really helps as a family of six to keep our meals organized and easy to pass out. Road tripping success at Wendy’s! I really enjoyed the Jalapeño Popper Salad! Will be ordering again.

Award WINNER for the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Fries were cold and less than anyone would expect to get in an order. About 30 minutes to get cold slow-fast food. AND they gave me the wrong sandwich. I am reasonably understanding with the times and the workforce issues but Wendy’s corporation needs to take notice.
