Recently Mark and his team did some major repair work on my car and I could not be more pleased with the timely, friendly service and top notch work. From the first phone call with Mark, he assured me I was in good hands and he did not disappoint. The work itself was beyond excellent but what really stands out is the kind of service provided that you don't see a lot of these days. They far exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate use them in the future if the need arises (hope not!).

I went to many places for estimates for my Mercedes. Not only were these people the nicest and most professional, they were the fastest and their quote was right on the money. They dealt with my insurance agency, they also responded to my calls and emails quickly, and they could not have been nicer! My car looks brand new. They also detailed it for me inside when I picked it up as well as buffing out some of the small scratches that were on the vehicle. Very very happy with Mike and Mark the manager. After receiving several quotes, I decided to bring my Jeep here for some paint repairs. The quote Mike gave me was by far the best of all options, and he even explained to me what the likely differences were between his quote and the others that were substantially higher. Mike was very communicative throughout the process, kept me updated on the timeframe and very easy to work with. Even though there was no bodywork done and nothing needed on the interior of the vehicle, I arrived to pick up my Jeep to find the WeatherTech floor mats had been washed/cleaned, it appeared that the entire dash had been wiped and polished and overall, the vehicle was in better condition than when I dropped it off, paint issue not considering. The paint job itself is seamless! Kudos to the folks at Sears Imported Autos & Collision Center. I had an absolutely amazing experience here. They went above and beyond to repair my car and work through the communication with the insurance company. They made sure everything got fixed and called me as things came up. When I came to pick up my car- they had washed it, vacuumed it, cleaned the car mats and filled up the gas tank. HIGHLY recommend this body shop, they are experts and highly professional.

Bought my car less than one month ago and there’s all sorts of problems. Speakers blown, sunroof stopped working, check engine light on, car heavily shaking while driving!!!!! And I understand that their service department isn’t open on a Saturday so I asked if I could drop my car off so they can get to it on Tuesday (because it’s Labor Day weekend) and possibly get a loaner car because I NEED a car!!! They said no, there’s nothing they could do. I really thought buying certified pre owned was a good idea. But I realized that the so called “inspection” they do, is garbage!!! Never buying a Mercedes ever again!!!! My car is less than a month old!! They sold me a price of garbage. Keep in mind, my car has 33k miles and is a 2015.

I've had multiple Mercedes get work done here and they truly are the best. Both repairs were done to perfection and they were very reasonable in costing and turn around. I hope I don't need to get more work done in the future but if I do I know where to turn. Thanks again!

If you want long wait times and awful repair quality, look no further. I was without a truck for 30 days for a repair that should have taken far less than a month. Upon getting it back, they installed the wipers wrong and reinstalled broken parts back onto my truck. Within 2 weeks I've discovered water leaking from the A-pillar. It went back for repairs once already but is still leaking water from the same spot. It also has water sloshing in the door now. I've been patient, but now I have to go back a third time for repairs.
