I'm here at 9:20 pm they keep it closed when they approach the door and more people want to enter they signal that it's closed the hours are 10:00 pm they don't get angry from 40 minutes before lousy place

I would really not go to that one they make big mistake and they really really don't care about the people who are shopping they have very rude manger as well as cashier they also chew gum and try to talk to you where you can't understand them and please please be careful and speak up so they can understand what you are saying

They could use some more better help,the store needs to be better organized. Don't get me wrong all in all family dollar is a big help because it's hard to get to the grocery store when you don't drive,family dollar is a big help.

This is the dirtiest and most disorganized store I've ever been to. The lighting is very dim and it creates a unwelcoming feel. The employees look a mess. They shouldnt be in business suits but they also shouldn't look dirty and unkempt. The aisles are always full of boxes. It's very gloomy in this store. I will go out of my way and even pay a little more for the things I need to avoid this location.

I kinda don't want to tell to many people how many items they have there because next time I go there they will be out of a lot of stuff. But the store is wonderful and safe and the employees are always helpful.

It's sad they steal the shopping carts.And people are always panhandling. Don't go here. Not a good shopping experience.

Ths family dollar is by far the worse place to shop ever. The store is a complete and utter mess and the manager is even worse. I don't understand how she still has a job. The store is a clutter nothing is on the shelves and the disorganization is always the customer's fault. The manager is rude and lacks any customer service skills. The cashier is about 300lbs and solicits anyone who smiles at her to buy her snacks when ringing up a customer. This place is shameful. And should literally be shut down. It does deserve one star because at least the lights are still on. This family dollar is a disgrace.

One male worker was on his phone when he was ringing up my things on a personal call. He didn't say hi or have any good customer service. That was one day. Another day the line was so long they only had one person checking people out when a customer asked if they can get help the employee said she was on the phone it was again a personal call you can tell by the conversation they are outside smoking cigarettes a lot of the times the store is a mess and hard to walk with things all over the manager always has a mean look on her face. I believe if they talk less on the phones and to each other about personal things have a day to clean up the store it would be great only one lady that works there is amazing she is friendly

Like most shops of this sort over half the products are actually overpriced compared to a regular grocery store. The staff is chatty and slow and will nice enough it could be extremely frustrating trying to check out. They do not maintain regular hours despite what's posted on the doors.
