Stocked up on Some Household goods!! This location is going OUT OF BUSINESS. H8 2 C IT GO..Lousy Management is raising the rent ! This was a staple in that W7th community and provided essential Items 4 the people..Huge loss..

Employees I've interacted with when they are open are nice and I've always found them to be helpful, so this one star review doesn't pertain to them - it pertains to whoever operates this store. This place has Incredibly unreliable hours, you can pretty much count on them closing early - I don't even bother trying after 6 pm even though they say they close at 9, often they don't open on time either. Today I went to buy some essentials at 2pm on a Saturday and there's a big handwritten pink sign just saying "store's closed" no information on whether it was a temporary closure because they were out on lunch/break or anything else. Clearly like many places they aren't retaining enough reliable workers to cover their needs, and that probably has to do with bad wages. Just pay your employees enough to find reliable ones or close up shop so a better run business can take your place.

They've switched some products (like Clorox for Homeline), and the prices has increased. The workers seem to be flustered.

This store used to be great but in the last year it went downhill fast. never opens on time , can't keep good employees, out of stock on a lot of stuff people buy every week. The owners just need sell to someone else so we can count on a good reliable shopping experience.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service I will not ever recommend anybody to come to this store the person behind the counter don't have a mask on and he making all types of noise like he caught from the stone wrong with his throat and then he going to say now we don't step no returns it was so disrespectful and rude and the main thing it was unprofessional no I would not ever recommend and I would advise a head manager to head over there and find out what's going on in that store and get it together

Solid dollar store. Super friendly cashier. Hair bands I got for my all keep breaking, almost as if they were old or stale. Other purchases were all fine. The checkout clerk is superwoman. She cleaned up a burst 64 oz. soda bottle lickity split! Big smile. She was patient with customers whose English was not strong, too. I almost gave five stars because of her.

Always welcomed with a friendly smiling helpful cashier. All the employees are always so polite and seem happy to be there and help if needed.

It's great that we still have at least 1 or 2 Family Dollar store around because I can find some good items at a good decent price!
