Went inside last night to pick up some soda and the General Manager was working alongside a subordinate of his. I overheard the G.M inquiring about why an employee had suddenly quit. During this time I handed him my payment of 10 dollars for 9.78$, he gave me change for a 20. I proceeded to walk out the store not knowing he gave me the wrong amount. As I make it to the door he says "come back here, I gave you the wrong change, you knew that didn't you?" The General Manager of any business should be giving 100% of their focus to their guests, and delivering great service. Not gossiping with coworkers and becoming distracted and then accusing guests of swindling money. I will never go back to any of the speedway locations in the saint paul area. Theirs plenty of other locations to which my money can be spent. I'll also be filing a formal complaint with corporate.
