Paul was happy to get me a quote, and made sure I knew the prices of labor and valves, so I would have a good idea of the total. I compared the prices to other places and it was a toss up. I decided the shuttle service was reason enough to go with them and I am so glad I did. I am new to the area, but as soon as I got to talking to the guys, it felt like I was chatting with old friends. My entire experience with these guys was unbeatable. I recommended to use them. And they also do 10 miles shuttle. They will give free ride if needed. I cant say enough good things about Motor Works in Sartell. I moved to the area years ago and didnt know which places were good and honest - and I found that here. This is the only place I go for oil changes, AC check ups, battery replacements (one on each car), and brakes. They helped me with towing my car to their location too! When I have an urgent car situation they help out even when I dont have an appointment. Thank you! Services: General repairs, Oil change, Battery, Brake service & repair

I went in for an oil change. They said they did one and found 2 oil leaks. The guy did an work up on paper to what the total bill would be. He gave me a total of what it would cost. He said to me "this is your total your looking at after we order the parts." So I gave him my warranty info and he was going to call to make sure I was covered. After a couple hours he called me back and told me my warranty was up he then told me my total would be 350 higher than the original price. I asked why he said we have to order parts. I'm like wait you told me that the total was this that included the parts now your saying is 350 higher? That didn't make sense. So I told him I would think about it. Then he called me several times the next day to set up an appointment. Finally I told them if I want to do this with you I will call you. Then my change engine oil light came on not more than a couple of months after this. I checked my oil and it was black. So after showing this to a friend that knows cars he and I agreed they never changed my oil. But I paid them to do it. They see a woman coming and they see dollar signs. I will never go back and I don't recommend it for anyone. Service: Oil change

Travis and the team at MortoWorks are great. A few months ago I had brake dust building up on the exterior of my car. The technicians inspected my breaks and said there was still over 50% of life left in them. THAT VISIT DIDN'T COST ME A DIME!!! Knowing that I would return, when my brake pad alert went off in my car last week, they completed replacement of my rear brake pads and rotors. Fair price, less than half a day it was completed, AND when we returned to pick my 2014 Audi A6 up they had a hot dog roast for customer appreciation going on. Thanks again guys! The Staff is always pleasant, understanding and willing to explain the problem and repairs if needed. Mechanics are willing to explain more in depth and show the problem area along with Service Advisor s. They care about you, which isn't always the case in all businesses.
