Rushed, anxious to take your money ! very little on education of use by employees ! The free phone is turned out being $53 after discount and be the case listed for $100 discounted to $40. I was charged $60 for the first mo service.,I went to save money by being added to my my friends account. With tax and after the discounts it cost me $ 154 to switch carriers. A low monthly payment is also advertised ,we will see.and if this the case , or just another bait and switch ! The 100 dollar case that was with the phone discounted to $ 40 ,another cricket Dealer down the street had the same case in stock for $ 29 ! Truth will set you free !

Louisa is the best worker in there the other young lady wont help you at all. Looks very young may not even speak English goid or know how to help. Would even help me set up my new phone nor let me call to yet told me to call customer service. They told me to go to a store near me second time same thing. Louisa helped as usual I call her Ms. Pretty Nails. Great customer service. A keeper of any business. Go Sis
