The manager was very rude (had an attitude the whole time) & got upset when I didn’t choose a backup for my phone. I suggest the location on Stateline, they are nicer and treat you better.

Yesterday I paid a visit to Metro by T-Mobile.a smart phone store Offering phone service packages with T-Mobile.I was met at the door by one of two sales people on duty offering help..I explained I had my phone Service with them and I was considering a new plan.I have been on a package plan having 4 lines for a flat charge and costing each of us $35 a month With unlimited talk and text. Things and people change and I had until today to find service I can afford.when you are on another person's plan they have To be there for any changes made by.I was to meet a friend and Possibly join his plan.something must have come up because after an hour or so this person did not show! At this point the sales people advised me 1st that to get on a new plan there was a fee of $33 to join plus my Part of the monthly plan.I was then advised that for around $30 a month I could get the same service set my own pay date,keep my same number and not have to have anyone else around to make any adjustments to my plan. So when they open at 10:30 I plan to be there! These people really helped me.I have had quite a struggle going from the flip-phone era to what is happening now ! I highly recommend T-MOBILE because I felt they were helping me and not just there for what was most profitable to their company. One must go there and see all they can offer in equipment, phone service and plans available.

The girl that works here completely lacks professionalism and is an embarrasment to the metro pcs brand and should be fierd asap to restore order and hire someone who respects there guests and customers so no other funny business happens in the future which can lead to bigger problems in the future. Oh and passive aggressive racism is still racism and if you don't like African Americans get a job somewhere else. At the end of the day remember this,WE are the ones who keep you in business,no need to go any further into that.You get the point. She was even rude to your other employe. Smh. Get yoself together.

please do not go to this store this is the worst Metro store I have ever been to this girl persuaded me to get this actel phone after I was willingly wanting to pay for the LG phone that cost $100 more she kept insisting know why not get this phone is so much cheaper in LG makes this actel phone and I went really LG makes actel phones yes they make active phones is what she responded well I got the actel phone the Bluetooth constantly comes on and off on and off wherever you are as connecting trying to connect to anything and everything also the windows get stuck all the time it is so slow the storage is very low the battery life is very poor this has to be the worst phone that's not the worst of it I went back trying to get me another phone exchange it for another they won't even accept it.. Refused to give me any information to contact their management..

Bout the level headphones from this store..... worked great for 3days then the charger port didnt work anymore. Took it back in and the lady in there said it was bent and they could only offer me a discount which would me buying another pair with a bad charger port for $30.00 RIP OFF YET they try hard to convince you that their the best. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY NOR TIME WITH THIS PLACE

This is the worst store ever. Do not let Jesi touch your phone. She is a total fup. She hard reset my son phone took our monthly bill payment. And what do you know we make it home and his phone says binary block. She set up a whole new email account without even asking me. This caused samsung to lock up his phone. She then wants me to pay 15.00 for her f up to have the ☎ shipped. The manager is even worse. Do not use Metro pcs these are refurbished phones. Horrible store with fake phones. Jesi is horrible with terrible customer service.
