Always an awesome experience everytime I go to this Domino's location! I always order on the app for pickup. The drive thru is always clean and I'm never at the window longer than 10 seconds before someone asks how they can help me. I've went inside a couple of times and seen a clean lobby area (and it smells amazing). The staff have always been, and continue to be, super helpful and kind. I highly recommend this Domino's to anyone looking to have their taste buds woken up!

Pretty good pizza an reasonable price. Always in an out, not much of a wait time. Good place for family Friday night dinner on the way home

Rude! Rude! Rude! We pull up to the window to pick up our pizzas our order totaled 48.64 we gave a 100 dollar bill to girl at the window who quickly turned up her big pig style nose and said we can’t take that so we asked why she stated I ont know but we ain’t takin it. We said that’s all we have she said oh and slammed the window shut! We’re still trying to figure out what happened! I can understand if the order was under 20 bucks not taking a 100 but we spent almost half of the 100. I’m not into giving our hard earned money to rude, illiterate and obviously under educated by the way she used the English language, unprofessional and did I mention RUDE? Dominos you have just lost a faithful customer who comes every week! You may need to pay closer attention to your store cameras and be more critique when hiring team members! Goodbye Dominos. Papa Johns has always been my favorite anyway and the kids will love it as well!

These guys are usually on point. But mistakes will be made as we are all human. An occasional overlook of what sauce was ordered is sometimes missed... But overall they do a good job and are very quick!

This was my first time eating from this Domino's. I walked through the restaurant to the cashier, had to walk through the employees grouped up talking and wouldn't barely move so I could get to the cashier. One guy was so loud that the cashier and I could not hear each other. The app that I ordered off of, said my order was ready but I had to wait like 8 minutes. I had ordered 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni and olives. Man the pepperoni was delicious. The other pepperoni with olives was not correct. It was Italian sausage "yuck!". I called back and I got refunded $5 (yay). Even though it wasn't the cost I paid for it. I'll take my loses. I may not return.

Ordered pizza for delivery and took 2 hrs and pizza was cold by the time it arrived and I truly adore doninos. Writing this hurts. When I asked about order I was told to look it up despite me saying that I don't have internet at the moment. This was about a week ago.

Pizza was getting cold by the time I got to the front of the line. 3 cars ahead of me the car just sat there for 10 minutes, like they pulled up to the window to order and then just waited. When someone came out to find out who was in the line it was already too late, they finally started moving, but I'd been sitting there for 10 minutes. The other times I've gone there the service was much better.

Ordered thru the mobile app while sitting in the parking lot. Order was ready when stated. One thing I didn't like was when I walked in I noticed an employee on her phone with open pasta sitting next to her. The woman at the counter was looking for my order and couldn't find it. Noticed the employee with the phone finally put her phone away put a top on the pasta and then put the pizza and pasta in the finished order section. It was my order. So instead of finishing out the order process the lady got on her phone and left my order sitting open. 😒

They can’t perform under pressure. Five orders in the system and lines pile up outside the store. They have no system in place for pickup at window. You can see on the app that your order is ready and getting cold inside the store but they have no way of keeping the line moving. Happens when big corporations manage franchises. This is in response to your request. 1. When you order on the app it needs to tell you that the pizzas will take longer so I can wait at my house and not the store. 2. If the order is not ready and the car is at the pickup window tell them to wait in the parking lot and have someone take their order to them! How hard is that? You make people wait at the pickup window and the line backs up all the way to the main road. 3. You app gives the customer the option to come in and pick up the order but your store policy is different. The doors are locked and no one has the courtesy to bring your order to the door. 4. When you mess up. Apologize. You can see if you took an hour and a half to get the pizza out. Don't until your customers write a bad review on Google.

They tend to mess up orders and take a long time without calling to let you know what's going on. Seems like a management issue. I ordered a gluten free pizza without specifying a sauce type and it had barbeque sauce for some reason, even though it was a standard pizza with a few toppings. The gluten free dough is very thin and tasteless, too. I also don't understand why they won't deliver just 10 miles outside of the city.
