Wonderful customer service! The team was super helpful and knowledgeable about their menu items. They were also attentive to my order and even remade my pizza because of an accident that happened inside the oven! Will return again! Thank you!

Ordered pizza over 2 hours ago and never got food or able to get refund because no one answer the phone and customer service can't help because the call center is in the Philippines

Order a regular pepperoni pizza and there was DEAD BUGS, onions and random meat in my REGULAR PEPPERONI PIZZA. Disappointed to call and be told excuses that drivers and a manager on crutches is making pizza’s on the FLOOR! I threw up my food, sick!!

Ordered pizza to be here at 1145 and still no pizza called was told he was just leaving. Called back was told he was leaving (pizza was here at 1:35) the 2nd lady told me she only had one driver I made sure to talk to the people at store I asked . I asked to speak to Manager she hung up on me. Anyway I will not get pizza here again. Very disappointed they did not care. The delivery guy was awesome better check out all the 1 stars

Don't order from this place. They have gone down big time. Ordered wings and pizza. They just slathered some thick garlic Parmesan spice all over the wings. Called and someone by the name of Dorothy said the only thing they do is stick the chicken in the oven, put in a box and poor sauce on. I can tell. Someone was very heavy handed. I have ordered wings multiple times from this location and never a problem.

Sooooo… had the grandkids all day, order them pizza and cinnamon bread. The order is delivered, but icing is missing. Have you ever had kids not get what they ordered? Ever have a kid have a total meltdown … not over the icing but basically because they’re missing their mom and it’s getting near bedtime and separation anxiety is kicking in… calls back to the restaurant and Charles says “it’s just icing”…. Okay y’all won’t be getting any more if my service EVER here in Mississippi or anywhere else!

The online ordering is amazing and food was extremely good as per usual but my problems came in the part of the INSTORE experience. As soon as I walked in there was EXTREMELY loud music playing, 1 employee screaming "I told you, I told you", and another dancing around the kitchen.... I was trying to talk to the guy at the register and he could even hear me over all the EXCESS noise and commotion... I had to almost yell for him to hear me. He didn't even give me a bag for my food and he ASKED me if I needed napkins.... YES I NEED NAPKINS I ORDER ALL WINGS!!!!! I'm all for having a bit of fun at work ESPECIALLY in the food Industry but there's a VERY clear line between having fun and being ENTIRELY disruptive and unprofessional. This was my first time to use this domino's cause I just moved over here and it's SUPER convenient I even made a "pizza profile" but it looks like all that was a waste of time because if this is how the staff at this location operates then I want NO part of that

(UPDATE 4-10-2022: Went back today and the manager made it right. He apologized for the mess up.) 4-9-2022: The food tasted great but I ordered a large and when I told them this was a medium the guy said, no, it's a large. I let it go because I'm hungry but I measured When I got home and it's a medium. I will be going back tomorrow to get a large. A medium is 12 in across, a large. Is 14 in across. I know what a large looks like because me and my kids eat pizza once a week. Also, I ordered Brooklyn style and this is a normal hand tossed. It was 20 minutes to close and they just didn't want to make what I requested and paid for!

Look, I'm one to give several chances before I get discouraged. But this time was an absolute disaster. Who actually confuses ranch dressing with garlic parmasen sauce? I seriously got plain wings drizzled with ranch. This isn't anywhere near the first time this location has comically dropped the ball. C'mon, this isn't the way to keeping customers. I got two into it and had to throw the rest away. I want a refund!
