Every single time I visit the pharmacy at this Walgreens location they are so RUDE. I do my best not to have to go. On the rare times that I do, I've never been treated more like a bother and scoffed at for asking a question. The pharmacy people at this location are not nice AT ALL. This has been going on for 3 years. Something needs to get done about this. If I could give 0 stars I would. ~Robynne

I can’t even come up with the words for my disappointment in this pharmacy in our town of Pearl. I was only there for convenience because I learned years ago it’s a pathetic pharmacy department. If you’re going to work in Pearl then act like neighbors. In a 20 minute period there were four customers, including me. It was insulting the way the pharmacist and technician treated us. This is my hometown. It’s disgraceful to watch the people who have lived and worked their entire lives here be treated with no respect or care- from a pharmacy. CVS you need an overhaul here. Your employees are hateful and rude. ~Marie

Biggest joke in the automotive world right here, place looks like an abandoned junkyard, won’t do any real work on a car. Only thing they are good for is a half way done alignment. Wondering how they align a car with a bad tie rod and feel good about it ~justin

Walked in yesterday after picking up my grandmother’s birthday cake from That Special Touch. I just googled to see nearby florists, and drove to Bouquets of Pearl. The ladies in the shop were so sweet and friendly. I told them the price I wanted to spend, that the flowers were for my Mimi’s 80th birthday, and that she loves colorful flowers. They whipped up a beautiful arrangement (and incorporated gladiolus when I requested them). Great experience. I’m not often in the Pearl area, but I’m glad I found this place. ~Katie

(UPDATE 4-10-2022: Went back today and the manager made it right. He apologized for the mess up.) 4-9-2022: The food tasted great but I ordered a large and when I told them this was a medium the guy said, no, it's a large. I let it go because I'm hungry but I measured When I got home and it's a medium. I will be going back tomorrow to get a large. A medium is 12 in across, a large. Is 14 in across. I know what a large looks like because me and my kids eat pizza once a week. Also, I ordered Brooklyn style and this is a normal hand tossed. It was 20 minutes to close and they just didn't want to make what I requested and paid for! ~A

Rude man came out to tell me I couldn't back my car off my trailer in his parking lot even though all I needed to do was get it off my trailer to drive across the road to the mechanic. If this is a view of future customer service, I'll never come here or refer anybody. If anything, I'll warn them not to. And in response to the owner, it was 7:20am. There were no other customers there and I wasn't trying to park my car. He didn't even bother to ask. Just walked outside with attitude all over his face and said "can I help ya" and when I said I just need to back my car off to drive it across the road he instantly says "you can't do that here." Like I stated in my first sentence, I was ONLY trying to back my car off of my trailer to drive it across the road. I wasn't blocking anybody or taking any spots for other customers....cause there weren't any there! The guy was rude, plain and simple. ~Brandi

Overall GREAT customer service! I enjoy doing business at this store! The outdoor store next door could use customer service training from the guys at the hardware store. ~ET

My experience here was great. I found everything I was looking for and extra stuff too, lol. There is a very different variety of product choices at this location. Even though I went to self-checkout, the associate was very helpful with me competing my transaction. The store was clean and orderly....I will definitely return and encourage my friends and family to venture out to it. Best wishes on your experience ❤️ ~Gloria
