Every single time I visit the pharmacy at this Walgreens location they are so RUDE. I do my best not to have to go. On the rare times that I do, I've never been treated more like a bother and scoffed at for asking a question. The pharmacy people at this location are not nice AT ALL. This has been going on for 3 years. Something needs to get done about this. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Purchased an online order from this store. After arriving at the store, I was told that my pickup order had been given to another customer without confirming the name for the order. The products were out of stock upon arrival, so I was not able to get what I had ordered. Employees did not seem to care. I will not be shopping here again.

All of the techs act like they don’t want to be at work, everyone here has poor customer service. I work in the medical field and I would never treat patients the way these people do. If you are unhappy with your life, change it. I went to another location and got my prescription transferred and filled in less than 30 minutes when this location acted like they didn’t want to do it and was going to make me wait until tomorrow. Your attitudes are so ugly!

My husband and I went in drive thru for Covid Test at 3:00. My results came back Wednesday morning at 8:55. My husband's result have yet to be sent to email. When I called they told me it takes 24 hours. Which I preceeded to tell her it had already been 24 hours . The pharmacy employee said it would take another 24 hours due to testing. Well she talked to me so rudely. Shame on her. Still waiting. My have to go for another test just so we can get results.

This place is a serious joke. The pharmacy employees (including the pharmacist) clearly does not know, nor care what the current guidelines are for the Covid booster. I had an appointment at 12:10 today that I made on the Walgreens website and answered every question 100% truthfully and received my confirmation. After waiting 15 min before being acknowledged, I was denied because I had taken the Johnson and Johnson back in March. Was told they didn’t give J&J. I said good cause I’m here for the Pfizer like my appointment confirmation would tell you. Nobody bothered to look it up. I tried 2 times to explain. Apparently they are to lazy to give a shot. I went right next door to CVS and got my shot within 15 minutes. Please train your “employees” to follow the CDC guidelines when giving boosters because they have no clue.

I've been going to this Walgreens for almost all my life, and the Pharmacy has been great! The staff there is cool, and they're usually timely with the pickup process. The only downside is if you're trying to get a flu shot, it does take about 20 mins before they get to you. Other than that, this is a wonderful drug store.

The pharmacy technician there was so wonderful. She had the best attitude I have ever seen for a Walgreens employee. I had nothing but bullsh!t with my prescription from CVS. Went to Walmart. Waste of time. Decided to try Walgreens before I give up. And I'm glad I did. She was patient with me. Didn't have insurance and she allowed me to look online for a discount. And never once rushed me. Great customer service and the entire time she had a smile.

Terrible customer service. Our doctors fax in prescription refills for my wife's test strips for her gestational diabetes. Over an hour later they state they never recieved a fax despite our doctors receiving a confirmation. They try to call in and the pharmacy workers who were upset (i.e. rolling their eyes, being argumentative, etc) due to my complaint refused to answer the phone. My doctors call me back to tell me they are not answering and had to give me their direct number for them to call. I had to pretty much do the pharmacy's job for them. No care for customers needs, poor service, and rolled eyes and excuses aren't what we need. We need my wife's medically necessary equipment. Shame.
