Biggest joke in the automotive world right here, place looks like an abandoned junkyard, won’t do any real work on a car. Only thing they are good for is a half way done alignment. Wondering how they align a car with a bad tie rod and feel good about it

Danny did a great job on my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado! Rogers-Dabbs chevolet dealership wanted me to replace my engine which would have cost me close to $9000. I only needed an oil preassure sensor replaced. I got my truck towed in to Roby's and fixed before the day was out. Thanks you guys! Will be back!

I dropped off my accord because of a VSA/ABS light. It took four days for them to replace a wheel bearing that wasn’t even bad. When I picked up the car, I was told the problem must be “somewhere else down the line” so I was charged $250 to replace a part that didn’t have a problem,and sent down the road with the same problem I came in with. This happened in front of the owners wife,by the way. This place used to be top notch. I doubt they’ll miss my money,,, but I’ll never go back.

This is my family's business, 1st I'd like to thank you for your business, our family really appreciates it.. We have been in business for 32 years this year! If for some reason you are not happy with your services ,go see John or Sherry, they will try their very best to get it taken care of and want everyone happy with the work that's done. It's a very busy shop the best time to come is 1st thing in the morning at 7:30, so you can get in line.. (or drop car off the day before) we do not make appointments and never have. Thanks for the great reviews it makes us very happy to see people pleased with the work they received and strive to do a great job each and every time!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices. The alignment on my vehicles is always done right and if you're not satisfied they will make sure you are happy before you leave! I wouldn't trust another place with doing my alignment except these guys!

Extremely dishonest place and ruder mechanic named Danny. So I took my car up to Roby's to get an estimate/diagnosis done just to see what was wrong with my AC. That's all I asked for because I wanted to know if it was something I could deal with myself, I'm fairly handy and knowledgeable about cars, or if I felt I needed a professional to do it. I thought my compressor was locked up because the the belt that had been on it broke, but I wanted to be sure. I took it in at 9:30am on Friday, June 14, 2019 and was told that they do free estimates unless they have to remove any parts, then it costs $35 which I was fine with. I was also told they would call me before the end of the day. My hope was to have it diagnosed so that I could fix it, or have it fixed, before I left for my honeymoon the following Monday. I never recieved a call and they're closed on Saturday and Sunday. So Monday morning came and on our way out of town my wife and I stopped so I could see what they found out and have my father-in-law come get it. The receptionist told me that my bill was $198. Now remember I was told it'd be $35 at the most. So I asked how in the world did it cost that much for a diagnosis/estimate?! She said because she forgot to call me and tell me what was wrong Friday and to get permission to fix it so they just went ahead and ordered the parts and fixed it. Turns out it just needed 2 new belts and a pound of freon, which would have cost me less that $60. That means over $130 in labor for something that takes about 30-45 messiness at max to do! Understandably I was instantly furious and walked out to my car because if I said anything else it wouldn't have been good. I took the receipt to my wife, also instantly furious, and she went back in to talk to them while I grabbed a few things from my car and put them in hers. While doing that I noticed my right from toe was flat which the mechanic came out and said he'd fix no charge. While my wife was inside she argued about the labor cost that wasn't approved by me. We were fine with paying for the parts since I'd have to do that anyway to fix it. He finally said "what do you want me to do? because the only way you're getting your money back is if I take my 2 belts back off the car and the freon out." It ended with the mechanic, Danny, pulling out his wallet, throwing a $20 bill at my wife, yes, THROWING it, and saying "Here, let your first drinks be on me, have a nice honeymoon," and walked away (she didn't tell me about that last part until we were gone, or else there'd have been much more to this story). They were extremely dishonest and the mechanic, Danny, was extremely rude to my wife. I highly suggest no one ever go here.
