We waited for 45 minutes (with other customers standing by waiting also) for someone to come to the electronics desk to assist us before we left WITHOUT being serviced! All we needed was the case to be unlocked to get a product. Multiple associates called for service, we listened to them announce on the intercom an associate was needed in the electronics department multiple times. We pressed the service button multiple times. One elderly associate came to the desk and announced on the intercom in front of us “I need Courtney or a member of management to come to electronics.” Another 20 minutes went by and I walked to the front to the customer service desk to find a manager. 3 managers INCLUDING the one named Courtney were there all just standing around talking and not even about work related topics! When I went to the back to get my bf I told the other waiting customers what I had just seen and a couple of them got fed up and left also. This is a continuous problem in the electronics and outdoor/hunting department! 2 critical profitable departments that should never be left unattended during store hours especially at this time of the year!

Their grocery pickup & delivery services are awful. I’ve had my order sit there all day with no drivers to deliver it and never received a phone cal to tell me what was going on. I’ve ordered $200 with of groceries, picked acceptable substitutions for everything & have had them say every single item on this order was unavailable and Not substitute annything after delaying my order for half the day. I’ve had them substitute items without notating it in the system so I don’t receive the items I need. I’ve made multiple complaints with corporate about this store bc you cannot get anybody from the store on the phone to find out what is going on with your order. I’ve gone to the store and told the manager these issues and that I can’t get anybody on the phone to figure out what is going on with my order. The manager did not care & acted like grocery cervices were not part of the store. Corporate doesn’t care bc if you call the store you can’t get anybody on the phone. I’ve been doing Walmart pickup since its inception, back when they gave you free stuff for using the service. I used Walmart plus as much as I used Amazon to order things. But I’ve had it. I canceled my Walmart plus because of this store. And $25 off my next order is a slap in the face honestly. For over 8 times of stuff like this happening?

This Walmart was great. It had everything I needed and more. I found some things that I couldn't find in the other Walmarts. I just don't like how the celebration isle is always disorganized.

I was here visiting and quickly left when I noticed the larger then life confederate flag in the store. No Thanks!!!! Only in Mississippi.

Had to order grocerys for delivery ever since I had surgery and i cant drive. I pay for walmart plus. My groceries where scheduled to arrive between 9 and 10am. I received a message say they where delayed and would arrive within 2 hours. Here it is over 4 hours later and no groceries and nobody will answer the phone at Walmart. This is horrible service.

The customer service is always impeccable and the lines for checking out are never long because of employee efficiency. Also, you can never go wrong with the short stop by Subway inside for a quick bite to eat. But I think the best part about this branch of Walmart is the iFix and Repair cell phone store they have inside near the customer service desk and money Center

We went to this store last weekend to buy groceries…..I have NEVER seen a Walmart grocery as poorly stocked as this one was. The entire section of lunch meats was empty as were most of the shelves; I’m certain they’re gonna blame supply chain shortages….but we went to another store & found everything we needed.

Horrible customer service!!! Items I looked at were not in the correct price position and when I tried to get help one person told me they just got back from lunch and couldn't help me and another person behind the register just feet from me took a call then walked off not to be seen again. 😒 Then what's with all the daytime shelf stocking. Whatever happened to stocking shelves at night. Well the feller that disappeared finally showed back up and help me. So I gave him a star moving my rating from one to two stars. **

My experience here was great. I found everything I was looking for and extra stuff too, lol. There is a very different variety of product choices at this location. Even though I went to self-checkout, the associate was very helpful with me competing my transaction. The store was clean and orderly....I will definitely return and encourage my friends and family to venture out to it. Best wishes on your experience ❤️

I stopped in to the Vision Center today, and had the best experience! Mr Kerry, who is the manager, was so patient and kind. My glasses were bent, the frame was broken by the lens. Not only did Kerry find a frame to fit my lenses, they are super cute!! I love them, which for me is important because I don't like wearing glasses, lol.
