Rude man came out to tell me I couldn't back my car off my trailer in his parking lot even though all I needed to do was get it off my trailer to drive across the road to the mechanic. If this is a view of future customer service, I'll never come here or refer anybody. If anything, I'll warn them not to. And in response to the owner, it was 7:20am. There were no other customers there and I wasn't trying to park my car. He didn't even bother to ask. Just walked outside with attitude all over his face and said "can I help ya" and when I said I just need to back my car off to drive it across the road he instantly says "you can't do that here." Like I stated in my first sentence, I was ONLY trying to back my car off of my trailer to drive it across the road. I wasn't blocking anybody or taking any spots for other customers....cause there weren't any there! The guy was rude, plain and simple.
