Sat in line for 35 minutes...only one car ahead of me. Never had a problem with my food being fixed right at this location

This place was slammed when we got there and the two young men behind the counter were working non-stop on walk in orders, drive thru orders, and a stack of ticket orders. It’s a rare thing to see people in the service industry (especially in Meridian) work so hard and so fast and do such a phenomenal job. The sandwiches were great, of course.

Got there at 830 p.m. not too busy so I assumed this should be an easy task. Everything I asked for they were out of. When asked what time they closed they replied 10. So I asked if they could just restock what I was ordering, you would think I asked them the question of life. Completely rude service. Everything I asked for for my sandwich was slammed around. Disgusted by their etiquette to say the least.

This is the third time that I have placed an order at the drive-thru and the sandwich i received was not what I ordered. They need to start paying attention to what they are doing. Keep the order form near the sandwich while it is being made or have a person double check the order. Of course, noone is answering the phone. Poor service!

The girl taking my order was very scattered, I had to repeat my order several times, when I got to the window it took forever because the three employees that were working were to busy laughing and hanging out to get much work done , when the girl handed me my order I said thank you she never made eye contact she never said your welcome she never acknowledged the fact I was even there other than handing me my food. I truly think that these employees need to be retrained and taught good customer service skills. Also maybe somebody with some maturity should be on every shift

I got 2 footlong and the bread is crunchier than my potato chips. I tried to call them about it and no one answered the phone. This is not the first time. This subway is always unfresh!

The ladies we very pleasant to work with and they made all three of my sandwiches correctly. That does not always happen at my previous subway in Michigan.

I didn’t realize what a great place this Subway was until I moved away and now I have to go to another town’s Subway. I kept thinking what is missing and then realized I wasn’t being welcomed like I was at the Meridian Subway. The difference between the two is monumental. The food is fresher at this one, but the most important thing is how good the employees make you feel when you come in and go out the door. “Welcome to Subway” and “Thanks for coming in” are huge. So hats off to the owner and staff 🎩!

Went through the drive through to get a salad and the 2 ladies who were at the window were nice and I should have checked my order but I didn’t before I left. I got to work and my salad was not what I wanted. I called to let them know thinking maybe they would at least offer to remake it but whoever answered the phone gave me attitude. I just wanted what I paid for.
