I found something in my food. Something that came off of a cleaning utensil. I brought it to the staff's attention. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all.

Got home after picking up a Togo order and figured out they didn’t give me half of my order. Called back up there to try and have them make it right and got left on hold. Don’t go unless you want to pay for double the food they actually give you.

The first time I ate at Newk's Eatery it was good I got the build my own pizza white bbq sauce, chicken and bacon, cheddar cheese. and half Ceaser salad with Ranch when I picked up my online order today the chicken on the other half of the pizza taste old and the ranch on my salad was peppercorn ranch not originally ranch very disappoint this time just wasted my money

We were.looking for someplace to get a quick bite before letting someone off at the airport. Of course the basic fast food showed up but at the light we saw Newk's. I'm glad we did. It's similar to Panera in the ordering process yet different. (We don't have Newk's around us, just a comparison example). We had a Newk's salad with chicken and sherry vinaigrette 😊, veggie sandwich 😋, 1/2 and 1/2 -veggie sandwich with mac and cheese 😋 and another 1/2 and 1/2 with Mac and cheese forgot what sandwich. The salad is huge just to let you know. We were all very satisfied with our meal and will stop at another if we find one. Prices are comparable with any fast food's without the fast food greasies.

The food here is consistently good. They have a tasty cauliflower pizza that is great. The place is very fast, considering its food. It’s located near Applebee’s, close to the Crossgates exit off I-20.

Let’s talk about this strawberry cake, y’all. SO GOOD. Overall fast service and good food. The side options could be improved, but that’s just my opinion. I come here on lunch breaks some days, and I love the large drink cups that I can take back to work. I love capers so I always get myself a little cup of them from what I’ll call the “treat yo self” station by the napkins. The pizzas are good, the newks Q sandwich is my husbands favorite, and I like the chicken salad sandwich. It is heavy on the celery flavor just FYI. But bringing it back to the cake. I don’t even eat strawberries but this cake is not playing. So moist and delicious!!
