Called to check on my prescription and they had all of my information wrong; my name, address, phone number. The only info that was correct was the name of my doctor and the name of the medication. Not sure how this happened but I will not be using this pharmacy again.

Friendly staff. My meds are always ready when I pick them up. If ever I have questions, one of the pharmacists is always willing to answer them in a friendly, professional manner.

Kroger store NOT THE PHARMACY, I would rate the store with 2 STARS. unable to locate a regular grocery cart, the carts are lock wheels will not move, broking wheels and NO CARTS AVAILABLE when ask where are the regular carts were , the clerk they are trying to get some new one. Who ever is in charge please take this problem and fix it. You are a major chain store.

I just left this Kroger. After shopping in this store, there were only two cash registers open. One regular cash register and one Express (15 items or less). I did in fact have more than 15 items. I had two many items for self check and the one regular cash register, the line was down one of the isles and wasn't moving. I decided to go to the express line. Upon reaching the Express line, the cashier, Mr Richard (African american older gentleman that seems to have some sort of disability) began to tell me that I couldn't ring my grocery up in that line and that I had to go to another one. I tried explaining to him that the only other line I could go in was completely full. I asked to speak to a manager. He insisted on arguing with me instead of getting the manager as I requested. After I refused to move out of the line TOP FLIGHT SECURITY runs over and asked me to get out of line...again I tried to explain that this was the only register opened....at this point the manager walks up and I'm explaining to him why I'm in that line in the first place..the manager was the only one with some sense and understood why I was in that particular line. They were short staffed so the manager told Me Richard to go ahead and ring me up. Mr Richard was very RUDE and trying to be argumentative while ringing up mygroceries

If you have a pre existing medical condition, that hinders you from wearing a mask, don't go to this store. As the store clerks and staff do not care about your dilemma. They called and reported me for shopping without a mask on. What a bunch of insensitive people. I won't shop here anymore.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I lost something very important in the store. When it was found I was contacted and was able to pick it up! Thank you guys so much your awesome!🙌💖

Because of insurance coverage issues and confusion I transferred all of my prescriptions to this Kroger from CVS. Kroger did in one day what CVS had not been able to do in well over two weeks. I have my meds. Zero co-pay. And I was able to grab a 19 oz pork tenderloin on sale for $3.49 at the same time. CVS sucks. I want to marry Kroger.

I was there earlier today (12/05/2018) around 12 pm all I have to say I that young black lady is very rude and acting as she was doing me a favor by doing her job, I think I'll change back to Walgreens or Walmart pharmacy.

The pharmacists and staff at this Kroger work very hard to provide excellent service even at the busiest of times. They seem to genuinely care about the customer's health.
