For the past week the QT in Ballwin (directly across the street) diesel price has been at least 20-30 cents per gallon less. This station has always matched them, when I inquired this morning I was told they usually match them but there was no manager to address it and no one else could make the change, guess it's QT from now on. Adios ! Should be no stars but can't post without it.

Not 24 hours anymore? It's 11:59 pm on Sunday, cashier inside, lights on, but doors locked and cashier just shook her head no...hours need updated and put on display for customers to know... it still says they are 24 hours...

It’s not fun getting Harassed every time you go in by a non customer wanting to put his had in you! Came in tonight happen again Complained was told to eat a D*** by the a hole on duty will never do Business with any on the run after this!!!

This morning I decided to stop at this location for the first time, since it has easy access when driving WB on Manchester Road (I usually go to the QT across the street). I presented Don with 4 lottery tickets that I had won "free tickets" on. He literally told me to "go away". Being shocked and thinking maybe I misheard him, I did not respond. He then followed up with "I'll give you $2 to just go away." I ignored his rude comments and told him I would be buying more lottery tickets as well. He literally cashed one "free ticket", slowly walked over to the register, rang it up. Went back to the lottery machine, cashed the second "free ticket", slowly walked back to the register, all the way down the line. For simply cashing in 4 "free tickets", buying more lottery tickets and one other item, it took Don 7-8 minutes, all with an irritated "I don't give a sh@!" attitude. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness and slow customer service. My first and last trip to this On the Run. Go across the street to QT. I have seen them clear 5-6 customers out at a time in a minute, and all while being efficient and friendly.
