Wow, I would never ever use Regions Bank. How is it that you cannot locate a branch number anywhere on the website or google. Additionally, when you use their 800 number it directs you through a large amount of prompts then tells you it is experiencing an issue and hangs up on you. I just wasted 10 minutes of time trying to get a phone number. What a terrible terrible system.

Nice, new location. Plenty of parking on busy Ladue Rd. Associates were friendly & promptly got me on my way. The main thing I liked was that no one tried to sell me anything!

Just had a really great experience with a service rep there named Josh. Helped us out with a account and was able to answer some questions about direct apposite and a few other items we had. Thanks for taking the extra time with us, it was much appreciated.

The new supervisor the female is the true definition of the problem in St. Louis.. If you are not white then don't ever go to regions bank in Clayton.. I am Asian and my boyfriend is black and account holder who was treated very rudely . She sits in her big office and looks down on everyone. Again if you are not white don't go. And the sad thing is she thinks it's ok. Can't believe ppl like that are still in charge in 2016. Omg
