Best bank in Clayton, Missouri (MO) 2024

I can’t let this one slide. Unfortunately after nearly 15 years with this bank, I was profiled while making a “large” deposit (certified check) from another financial institution right up the street. A formal complaint has been submitted as the humiliating line of questions and experience was UNACCEPTABLE! I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I don’t need any employee “personally” verifying my transactions. How I’ve obtained the funds and what it’s used for is none of your concern. I didn’t take a loan from your bank so why are you invested in my business? You have a routing# and account# with certified funds; let the bank’s procedures do it process. ~Donald

Wow, I would never ever use Regions Bank. How is it that you cannot locate a branch number anywhere on the website or google. Additionally, when you use their 800 number it directs you through a large amount of prompts then tells you it is experiencing an issue and hangs up on you. I just wasted 10 minutes of time trying to get a phone number. What a terrible terrible system. ~Sarah

They are extremely friendly and almost feel like family. I know it's because of Jesus. He deserves all of the Glory. Where there is Peace and Love in an atmosphere, God is always near. They know my face when I walk in and some know my name. That's always a warm feeling when you're known. It shows how much they care. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone. They are very helpful with explaining what you don't understand. They also get things done accurately and in a timely manner. ~Terry
