I can’t let this one slide. Unfortunately after nearly 15 years with this bank, I was profiled while making a “large” deposit (certified check) from another financial institution right up the street. A formal complaint has been submitted as the humiliating line of questions and experience was UNACCEPTABLE! I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I don’t need any employee “personally” verifying my transactions. How I’ve obtained the funds and what it’s used for is none of your concern. I didn’t take a loan from your bank so why are you invested in my business? You have a routing# and account# with certified funds; let the bank’s procedures do it process.

Unfortunately I have had my auto loan through this bank, and they are not one of the worse, they are THE WORST! Once I have received a letter from them in my mailbox asking for my mailing address, they are so messed up. and, when I paid off my auto loan in person in the branch I have been told I will received the loan release in mail in a week and I need to wait for that for selling my car so I asked the buyer to wait for a week, after 10 days I called them and asked about it and I have been told that I need to go online and request the loan release, this was so crazy I had to pay extra $28 for expediated processing and shipping. This branch does not have even one qualified banker, I am not sure what is their goal when they come to work every morning, maybe to make people's life more complicated!

Have never had a bad experience working with any of the representatives at this branch. They do a wonderful job providing courteous service. I’ve have been super pleased with PNC as a whole over my five years of banking with them. Wish this branch was still open as we work through the Covid19 pandemic.

Greatest place for banking in Clayton Missouri located across the street from the Bank of America and the staff is very friendly the service is great and the bank is awesome with free coffee or tea and wire transfers available a drive up Atm and an outside ATM along with little or no wait in the lines and conveniently located near the post office and several lunch spots.

At 9 a.m., I tried to call the bank to find about a transaction I initiated last week. No answer on three tries and minutes on hold. So, now I have been on hold with the main customer service number for over 10 minutes while they try to reach a live person in the branch. Seriously! I have a very simple question, and guess that I'll need to drive to the bank to ask it. Not Happy Right Now!

Very unhappy with this bank. Generally good service, except upon preparing to move my business accounts to them, found out they were deducting $14 from a checking account for several years. Good-bye almost $1,000. Closed it and went elsewhere.

Took almost everything out of PNC a couple months ago and haven't looked back. Their products and their customer service are second rate. Try Ally online. It's waaaaaaaay better!
