I would give less than a star if that option was available Management was very rude about parking in the lot I was not holding up any "traffic" as she stated Parking lot is very small as it is and was only there 2 mins then she came out of the store mean mugging me cause I didn't move immediately I was transferring car seats and children not a very pleasant atmosphere

Stopped here while on an impromptu adventure to see if they carried Dramamine. Thankfully they did, which was kind of a surprise. Nice attendant, and it looked like they had good food too.

Very Poor customer service, unprofessional staff, Poor management with a store owner who doesn’t give a hoot. Save yourself the hassle , spend your money anywhere else but not at North Star Mart. I’ve watched this store decline through the year’s. It’s at an all time low. The 46 years I’ve given this store business stops today !!!

Poor customer service they hire very rude people. Also there wine should go somewhere else instead of where customers run into it and then the store charges them when they break that's wrong.

I was surprised at how incredible their fried chicken is when you get it fresh! I mean, it rivals some of the best fried chicken I've ever had, and I'm not kidding! The staff are friendly - very much so if you are a regular. They have your typical beer and soda selection. There other food is a bit hit of miss, but it may be personal taste. I cannot stress how good their chicken is if it's quite fresh. It loses some of it's magic the longer it's out.

The food is ok on their best day. The lady at the deli counter needs a serious attitude adjustment. I'm sorry she hates her life, but there is absolutely no excuse for taking it out on customers when they ask politely for something. Save your money and go somewhere with friendly service.

Gas is usually one of the cheapest in the county. Always Fresh Fried Chicken for sale and it is tasty. As well as their pork-chop or meatloaf sandwiches, but you have to be there early to get these as they're usually sold out by 10am. Since most folks work outside the county this is where they stop to grab lunch on their way out of town. No sit down eating it is all grab and go, they do close promptly at 9pm every night.

I have visited the market a few times. The ownership a few years ago was excellent. You felt like you were welcome, it was clean, and you got a helpful hand, even from the owner himself. Now is a different story. It is cold, uninviting, and staff are rude and unattentive.
