Stopped for drive-thru breakfast during a quiet weekday morning. The food was good, fast, but we had to come back around for the chunk of our order they forgot.

I rarely stop bye this Hardee's when I'm in this town anymore. Too many time have I had bad experiences with this rude employee that works the window. Here's a few examples. See 1 napkin for two meals, I ask for a few more please, she states they were told not to. I told her I don't live around mathews and need a few more. She got an attitude, and handed me 1 more and said here. 1 time I asked for a thing of barbecue due to the fries usually being real bitter. Well she got upset and took offense to that, as well told me she would have to charge me or give me ketchup I told her I don't like ketchup she said I would have to buy the sauce, okay I understand. I then asked could I have fresh fries where the grease wouldn't make them bitter. I was told they couldn't change the grease for 1 customer. So I spoke with the manager. She stated they hadn't had time to change it. I've never received a refund for any bad fries or drinks, nor have I ever asked (they take offense to that at this Hardee's for some reason.) Just asking for a new batch started a whole thing. Most recently (entire reason I'm posting this.) I was paying for my food. Asked what the person behind me had ordered. She told me she couldn't see that I said would you find out for me I'd like to pay for their food. She said sir I can't see what they ordered. I asked her how where the people behind you making their food. Long story short the manager gave her a look, and literally walked away.) I ended up paying for the persons meal behind me (usually places tell me the order.) Ive never had so much difficulty trying to pay for somebody's meal. She also tried handing me their food I said NO, im just paying for it like i stated before, give it to them when they pull up. I asked her why does she keep being rude to me. She looked me dead in the eyes and told me, "she better come get me". I told her it's not even that serious.

Drive thru time is the slowest of any fast food place I ever been, the black lady that works the window is rude every morning, there a fat clown with color hair that smells horrible. I would suggest to eat anywhere but there

This Hardee's is not a representative of all Hardee's restaurants! I've had thickburgers from other Hardee's and they've been very good but this one doesn't use the same patties. I've emailed the corporate office and asked how they can advertise the thickburger but sell these thin, tough, dry, "hockey puck" burgers instead. No answer and I'm not holding my breath waiting for a reply either. The only thing I can say is good at this Hardee's is the biscuits...not the stuff they put on them mind you. Just the biscuits themselves.

Everytime I go to this establishment there is a lady at the window whom is rude and then barely hands food out to customers !

Sorry but the fries were nasty as heck, people working there are nice, so five stars . Because I rather eat stale fries than deal with jerks. I mean seriously, at least hey I can throw out a few fries or just eat the things and be happy, because there are alot of people out there that would give a leg for some stale fries, hell North Korea....no fn fries at all. So yeah... But there are rude people all over so hey, stale fries and cool employees, it's a win! Thank you and have a Merry Christmas

Very slow! I always got to wait atleast 15 min or longer they either more staff or be trained to have quicker and better service. Fries 8/10 are double dipped in oil or just too over cooked there sweet tea isn’t sweet at all, remolding looks good but service is poor.
